Recently built private home with large, heated pool and spa, near canals, close to beaches (Vanderbilt beach/Delnor Wiggins/Barefoot) and county marina. Home has incredible master suite, induction cook top, high ceilings, tvs and fans in every room, a beautiful front and rear lanai, yoga/workout area, quiet non-gated neighborhood. This is a 2nd floor living floor plan (stairs in front, spiral stairs in back). Everything you would need in a home is here, plus two beach bikes, Tower inflatable paddle board, and beach gear. Paved bike paths to the beach and stores are just down the block. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Discount applied for longer stays.

Very quiet neighborhood. Pool area was nice. Kitchen was the most well equipped rental I’ve seen! Christmas dinner was easy to prepare in the great kitchen.

Wonderful vacation Fantastic home with all amenities. Couldn’t go to beach due to storm damage along the coast. Therefore, the pool was used every day. Location was close to everything.

What a Gem!!!

All you need to pack is your swimsuit, because this property is equipped with everything you need to relax and get away! This home is exactly as described in the listing…. Maybe better!! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, linens nice and beds comfortable! The pool/hot tub is private and receives sun all day. The location is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for anyone looking for downtime and relaxation!
