BONITA BY THE BEACH!! Absolutely beautiful, fully remodeled, sparkling heated pool home less than one mile to the beach!! Walk, bike or drive to nearby beaches, multiple restaurants, boating, shops, mini-golf, ice cream and more!

This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and an on-suite with two sinks. The front guest room is furnished with a queen bed. The bunk in the third bedroom sleeps 3- with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. Each bedroom has a desk to make it easy if you must catch up with school or work.

Soak up the sun, splash in the heated pool, barbeque and dine in the screened in pool deck. Bikes, coolers, beach chairs and beach card and everything you need is waiting for you to head to the beach to collect shells and watch the amazing gulf sunsets.

Inside great. Short drive to beach. Outdoor pool needs maintenance.

First the good! Indoors clean, decorated and well maintained. Fully reno’d after hurricane flooding. Only A few minor issues indoors (wifi code) that prop manager responded to quickly. Some local activities and restaurants were great for our family. Property manager has great binder of all local recos. Something for everyone. Kitchen supplies were ok. If you’re a good you may need better cookware than what’s provided. Challenge/disappointment: Our issue was outdoor pool area needed service and pool did not function with heat or cleaning (sand and dirt) etc during our whole trip. Prop mgr sent refund later. This was disappointing during our whole 12 day vacation at Christmas esp with teens.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was a good size for our family of 5 with lots of activities and fun extras like bikes and games. The floor could have used a good mopping before we arrived and the pool needed more regular cleaning but overall the property was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great spot for a family vacation

I had traveled for work in this area many times, but this was the first time bringing my family. Having the pool was amazing and the property was a great spot to call "home" for the week. You're one mile from an amazing public beach and very drivable to many family friendly restaurants and activities.

Family Gathering

The accommodations were first class! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty supplies. Bikes for a close ride to the beach or spend the day with the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool area was a delightful outdoor oasis. Very clean convenient location! Highly Recommended!
