Private Pool home close to shopping, and restaurants! Beach is 1 mile walk-bike

2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house with private backyard pool. Master bedroom with ensuite with French Doors opening to the pool area. Free laundry with W/D located inside the home. Great quiet neighborhood tucked off Bonita Beach Rd and Imperial Shores. We are located just 1 mile from beautiful Barefoot and Bonita Beach. Walk or bike to the beach, drop off family by car, or relax by the heated pool. Great restaurants and shopping are walking distance. New farmers market in walking distance at the C level restaurant. Most popular, Coconut Jacks is about 1/2 mile from the house. Having morning coffee in the Lanai and overlooking the pool cannot be more relaxing. Soak in the sunshine! Also have a one car attached garage to keep your car out of the sun. We are also pet friendly as we have a fully fenced in backyard. Free fiber internet. Time for some vitamin sea!

We really enjoyed our getaway everything was perfect!Our Hosts could not have been more attentive to our questions we had NO issues The house and surroundings were clean comfortable and the yard was well kept The pool had handrails which as been and issue for us in the past at other places we have stated Something you don’t think about until you need them! The home is very close to the beach stores and restaurants Loved it !!!!

Near to my kids and grandchildren. Marcia was very receptive and helpful. A great fenced back yard for the dog. Lots of room inside and everything you could need. Wonderful pool.

Perfect Family Weekend

The house had everything we needed to spend a fun family gate away. We enjoyed the pool, nearby Bonita beach, Lovers Key beach and, watched the new year’s fireworks at Naples pier. Marcia was very responsive to any questions we had, we are very pleased to have book with her.

OK place

This house had all the items for our stay. However, the property need all sorts of updating. Furniture is very dark and old. The guest room single beds need desperately to be replaced. The kitchen is old and not very clean most importantly the oven and stove drew. The master bath is something out of the 1950’s. The grounds need a huge amount of improvements. The front of the home needs a lot of work. On a positive note, the pool was great and saved our experience.

The house was solid built in the 1980's, I am sorry the house wasn't as modern as you expected. We will speak to our cleaners, we could have had them reclean the oven/stove if you had let us know. I agree the pool is fantastic.

We are from the frozen tundra, so we know how it feels to walk off that plane into the warm humid air. There's no words to describe that feeling. It never gets old, just like every sunset we see. We have a golden retriever which we take to the doggy beach, where dolphins frequent. Enjoy are home! Mi casa es tu casa!

Why they chose this property

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Beware if you talk loud the neighbors will hear every word you say. We are within walking distance to excellent restaurants, and shopping. 7 eleven is about 4 blocks away for any last minute items. Grocery store is 1 mile, and back roads can be taken if you don't like traffic. The beach is 1 mile west, many people bike. We have 2 beach bikes along with beach gear for your use.
