This newly renovated home is tastefully furnished and comfortable for a family or small group. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, golfing, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve – voted one of the top 10 beaches in the USA. Plus, only a short drive to Naples, Ft. Myers Beach and Orlando.
The home also features a new mattresses in all bedrooms; king-sized bed in master, a queen bed in guest bedroom, an additional guest room with a single bunk and full size bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in living room, allowing at least 6 to sleep comfortably. As an added bonus, the master bedroom has direct access to the lanai and pool.

Pool heating its optional, guests may choose this option for a fee of $125/week or $350/month. Ask owner for more details.
