Lovely, convenient house.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It is well maintained, equipped, and close to everything. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home

We are a group of friends who vacation together frequently. We had never been to Naples and this home absolutely offered everything we hoped for. It was beautiful and pristine clean. We went to the beach in the mornings and came back to a beautiful relaxing pool in the afternoon. There are several great restaurants and shopping near by. A perfect vacation was had by all!

Tranquility in Naples

The house was a great place from which to explore Naples. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable and communication with the owners was great. We also enjoyed quiet time outside by the pool. and made use of the cooler and beach chairs in the garage.

It is exactly as described. This place is very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Loved that we could park our car in the garage. Beach is very close. We used the bikes to ride down to the Vanderbilt Beach. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We would stay here again..

Great place and super nice host

We had a great stay at this property. The place was very nice and clean, with pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay and also has beach gear like chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. our host was extremely nice and very responsive. I had to have some boxes delivered ahead of my arrival and he was very kind to place them inside for me. He was also very responsive. Overall, I highky recommend his property. Roman is a super host.

Very nice home

This home was very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Naples. We enjoyed eating at many local restaurants but chains were also available. The neighborhood was clean and quiet with some construction but no noise. The owners were local and very responsive to any need or question we had. The only thing I would mention is the pool is not heated. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful

This home is more beautiful than what the listing shows. Anna & Roman were great! The house was very big, bright and clean. Anna was kind enough to pick groceries up for us so we wouldn’t have to when we arrived. I forgot a few things and Anna is mailing them to me. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Naples & to this home.

Great Location to Beaches

My brother and I stayed at this well maintained and clean home.The location is perfect to Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt beach. There are lots of restaurants in the area and shops. Anna and Roman were easy to reach and communicate with. The check in process was very easy and we'll communicated before we arrived.The one big issue was with their Internet provider.The Internet went out on Thursday and remained down for the remaining 5 days of our stay which was very frustrating. There is construction in the area which we guessed caused the outage.

We loved our time spent at the house. Everything was really perfect. The decor was very welcoming. The house was immaculate and well stocked with cooking equipment with amenities. We were very comfortable there. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. Anna and Roman were very helpful with any questions and gave us our complete privacy. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and good for walking around. The beach is close and has a large parking structure for convenience. The Mercado shopping center is very upscale. A trip to fifth avenue is a must. Lots of things to do and many great restaurants close by. It has all you can want and more. I would highly recommend this vacation home. I know I'll be back. Great Location

The house location was perfect and great to do morning walks to Vanderbilt beach. The pool and patio were very relaxing. The beach chairs were great to use. The beds were not comfortable so we purchased a two inch foam matress topper. The primary bedroom closet is not availible for use I suggest they provide some means of hanging clothes in that bedroom. The floors were not clean so we had to wear socks all the time. The fire alam kept going off and we couldn't turn them off, this was very painful to our ears. Communication with the home owner took to long regarding this issue which we needed resolved quickly.

We come to Florida at least 3 times a Year. This house we were really happy we stayed here! We really recommend staying here! The house is very very clean, centered located to everything! The owner is extremely nice!!! We we’re supposed to leave in the morning and while we were at dinner we received a call that Our flight got canceled! I was so upset have 2 small children now I had to find a place for 1 more night, I called Anna and she was so understanding, proceed it to say don’t worry you can stay 1 more day! Saved me from looking for a last minute place move all our stuff l!! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Perfect Getaway

We love Naples . After our first visit in 1992 we used to spend winter vacation in this amazing town till 2007 when we moved in for good .The only regret is that we didn't made this earlier ..... We bought this house because of location and when we walk in first time we taught that this is the place we dream about ...
