While not located directly in Olde Naples (only 1 mile away), you receive a dramatic discount below the rates charged for an Olde Naples single family home with pool.

There was good news and bad news for Casa Chill and Hurricane Ian. Bad news was we got smacked. Good news is the home received a full renovation including new kitchen, baths, doors and trim! You will enjoy it's squeaky clean condition!

When you enter Casa Chill, you are immediately greeted with the home's unconditional welcome: "Whoever you are...Wherever you are from...Regardless your past...You are WELCOME here" (see photo).

You have 100% exclusive use of the house, pool, Tiki Bar, lanai, beach toys, fire-pit, bikes etc.

FYI: Casa Chill has a small Caretaker apartment above the house accessible by it's own private entry, independent of and affording full privacy to Casa Chill. ALL property grounds including pool and lanai are for the EXCLUSIVE use of you, the Casa Chill guest.

Pets are considered by advanced approval only. Please include the age, breed, and weight of your pet along with your reservation request. Please know that I am a pet owner and lover, but all pets must be evaluated in consideration of impact to the home and disruption to neighbors. If approved, there is a $250 additional pet fee for the stay.
