The Space:
As you enter, discover four cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment. On the left side of the home, you'll find a 2-car attached garage, a 1960s-inspired living and dining area, a luxurious kitchen boasting state-of-the-art appliances and a spacious island, and a convenient laundry room with high-capacity washer and dryer.

The right side of the home houses the four bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a king bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Step through the French doors and access the fully screened and covered lanai, where the inviting pool and pool deck await.

The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds, with the second queen bedroom granting direct access to the pool, spa, and lanai through sliding doors. For younger guests, the fourth bedroom, located at the front corner of the home, offers a twin and full-sized bed—an ideal space for kids and grandkids.

A second full-sized bathroom with twin mirrors, dual sinks, and a tub and shower combo serves the three bedrooms, completing the accommodations.

To round off this fully immersive experience our guests will savor time in the pool. This certainly is not a 1960's pool - this is a 21st Century pool featuring a salt water system with a above ground spa and colored LED lighting. Additionally there is a travertine pool deck with a outdoor teak dining set. The covered area is directly accessed from the main bedroom, the second bedroom and just beyond the dining room. This has a outdoor love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table to complete the set. Guests can also use the BBQ Grill that was just added in June 2023.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

We are a PET FRIENDLY home with no additional charge for 2 non-shedding pets per reservation. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed in the pool, thanks!

Our home is set up for children as they are welcome with all bookings. We have a complete set of children's dishes, a travel crib, a high chair, beach toys and games

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
