New construction, fully furnished and stocked with ALL NEW everything. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new masterpiece only 1.5 miles to the beach. This home has 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is set up as a flex space which can also be used a second living room or game room. This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors off the living room. Plenty of parking and a very private entrance. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Pool Heat is optional for $20 per night

The Space:
New construction, fully furnished and stocked with ALL NEW everything. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new masterpiece only 1.5 miles to the beach. This home has 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is set up as a flex space which can also be used a second living room or game room. This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors of the living room lead to a screened in lanai with a pool, spa, and sunshelf. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining area in the lanai with a mini fridge and grill. 3 car garage with 4 bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and toys are provided for use. No pets, No smoking, No parties. Pool heat is available for $20 per night and must be requested ahead of time. Downstairs bedroom as a King bedroom, Upstairs bedrooms... #1 King, #2 King, #3 King, #4 Full and Twin, #5 Queen pull out sofa bed and 2 sleeper chairs. Extra persons fee applies to groups over 8.

Brand new home with plenty of room to spread out. Nice location in an older neighborhood about a mile from the beach. You do need to bring your own toiletries . Rental company was very responsive. Thank you !

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, and had plenty of beach and pool supplies. Great open floor plan and a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved the location and the neighborhood. We had a slight issue with a bathroom door, but otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful brand new house, plenty of space. Outdoor space was perfect with covered sitting area. Great location close to everything. 1 mile walk to beach. Would recommend for group. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. A few minor issues hopefully management company will address with cleaners. They responded quickly to all questions.

The house itself was great but unfortunately, there were too many things missing for me to give it a higher rating. First and foremost, they never sent me the information on how to get into the house. We were told we could not enter before 5 PM and it was after 6 o’clock and MANY phone calls and texts sent that we finally were sent the information. Additionally, do not expect any sort of basic house supplies. There is no shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, or laundry detergent. Eventually, we were able to find three laundry pods as well as three dish tabs however they were right inside the garage door and not under the kitchen sink or in the laundry room as one would expect. There was less than 8 bath towels throughout the entire house and we had to do laundry several times. For a house that is supposed to hold 12 people, this was extremely disappointing as well as a hassle to have to do laundry every day. Finally we paid extra to have the pool heated and it was not. When the pool keeper came by on the second day, we were told it would warm up which it never did. He acknowledged it should have been much warmer. I’ve rented homes countless times and unfortunately, this is not one I would recommend. For 1million house they could add some of the basics that would make it a five star. Better communication as well as delivering on what you pay extra for, would be a big step in the right direction.
