About this property

This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is an open concept with stocked kitchen essentials, large island and two separate living spaces which provide ample space for everyone to relax. Watch some tv in the front room attached to the kitchen or move to the back of the house for a quiet place to read a book. The back lanai opens the house to a private backyard oasis with a heated (optional) saltwater pool and spa and provides a quiet place to grill out and eat as a family around the pool. The pool temperature fluctuates through the winter months, but in the summer months it can get all the way to 93 degrees. If you are interested in heating the pool during the winter, please message me.
The side lanai has been converted into a beach garage with e-bikes to rent, beach chairs, mats and toys. (Please note that these items do get misplaced or break when we are not there. If you notice they are missing, please contact me.)
This beach bungalow is a perfect spot for a vacation since it is only 1.5 miles away from Bonita Beach and Doc’s Restaurant where you can order food and beverages for your picnic at the beach. Rent the e-bikes and you don’t have to worry about getting a parking space! We are located just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Dealnor-Wiggins beaches with easy access to the wide and expansive bike path. Due to the location, you never have to run into traffic on 41.

Just show up - home fully equipped!

For us - my partner and I, 3 school-aged children and my retired parents, the large, functional space really felt like a home away from home. We comfortably occupied the large main living room/kitchen area for meals and games or for the quieter nights where the kids were in a smaller living area tucked away with Netflix and early bedtime, the grown ups could be up in the main area without disturbing sleeping kids. The kitchen had plenty of plastic and ceramic dishes/cups, keurig, pans, etc. Bathroom were even stocked with bath towels, shampoo and body wash. Plenty of beach gear to choose from and with the pool mere steps from the lanai, we were all set after a grocery store trip. Even our 12 year old loved the pool and found ways to really enjoy it even if it was on a few strokes to cross it. LOTS of food and play options nearby. We especially loved the Royal Scoop ice cream joint, just block away and walking distance. Great communication with the owner and everything was as stated. The rental was priced right for the season - it’s not a brand new place, but it has everything you need to spread out with a large family! We would absolutely return and rent again. Our only gripe was that we should have flown into fort Myers, not Ft. Lauderdale! Thanks for a wonderful family trip Gina and crew!

All you need for Family vacation!

The house is excellent! Quite community. Very big for a family of 7 people. The pool is very private. The property is close to the beaches (most of them are free this year), restaurants, and shops. Gina responded very quickly. We want to stay there in the future for a vacation.

Perfect Home

The house was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of room, well stocked for everything you may need, and the pool area was fantastic. Gina was very communicative, and I would rent from her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the stay!

Great place to stay

Great location. House and pool is very nice. Beach is walkable or by bikes. Great restaurants nearby. Royal scoop ice cream/deli 2 blocks away. Excellent ice cream and sandwiches. Definitely would stay here again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Hello! My name is Gina and my husband, two kiddos and I love to travel! We have enjoyed staying in rental properties all around the US: Park City, Moab, Sedona, Bentonville, Bonita Springs, Vero Beach, Santa Rosa.
We love to do anything outside- mtn bike, ski, snowboard, paddleboard, wake surf, kayak, camp, the list goes on and on!
We love exploring new areas, learning new things and meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the Bonita Springs area about 7 years ago. When we had the opportunity to buy this lovely home, we jumped on it! We hope you love the area as much as we do! You will be about 1 mile to Bonita Beach which makes the e-bikes a perfect solution for an easy commute (and even easier parking) at the beach. E-bike rentals are $89/day/bike. If you are interested in renting them, please message me.
In the cooler months, if you would like to heat the pool, please message me. In the summer, the pool water can get up to about 93 degrees.
The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It’s an easy walk to Royal Scoop for lunch or a scoop of Beach Bum in the evening. SurfStyle is a fun beach store just a few blocks away, our kids love riding their bikes there. Coconut Jacks is one of our favorite restaurants and it’s about a 1/2 mile away.
The wide, paved bike path is a perfect way to get around the area. You can ride/walk/run all the way to Dealnor-Wiggins Beach or Vanderbilt Beach.

What makes this property unique

The home is situated on a very quiet street, but is located close to the beaches so that you never run into traffic from 41. If you would like to make your stay even more convenient, message me about renting our e-bikes. We love the accessibility the e-bikes give us as we cruise the bike path to restaurants, kayak put-ins and beaches.
Our home is close to Coconut Jacks, The Fish House, Doc’s on the Beach, SurfStyle Beach Shop and Royal Scoop.
We are always working on the home to make it more comfortable for you. Our hope is to renovate the kitchen soon, but in the meantime, we purchased a new couch, area rugs, chairs and accent furniture. The master bedroom king mattress is brand new and so cozy. We have supplied extra blankets and pillows for you as well. We try to keep essentials stocked for you. If you noticed something running low, please let me know so that I can replace it or better yet, feel free to replace it for us.
