This house has everything you need

Great home with a great location. House has everything you need: beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, coolers, bikes, sand toys so close to delnor Wiggins beach which is the best beach in Naples. Outside pool area has heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, party lights. Well equipped kitchen and beds are fantastic. If you have a large group this is your house as there is plenty of room with 4 bedrooms. Greg is a great host!

Great home

We enjoyed our spring break stay. This home is clean and very well stocked for meals in and trips to the beach. We loved the outdoor area with pool, fire pit, bar and tv! They stocked everything we needed for the short drive to the beach- coolers, towels, beach chairs, etc, etc!! Greg was very responsive and took care of couple of unavoidable issues right away. The neighborhood is definitely transitioning, but this home is lovely.

Winter getaway

Property was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful with requests and providing information. Maintenance was out a couple of times to fix some items unfortunately some were unable to be fixed. Location of North Naples was fantastic- a mile from beach and close to all shopping. The neighborhood is older but safe.
