Right up from beach access and a seven-minute drive to Sand Valley Golf Resort, this lovely house is waiting to provide your next vacation with all the comforts of home! If you're looking for other mellow ways to spend your days outside the beach or golf course, there are several nearby parks to explore, such as North Lake Center. After a day on the links, grab something to eat from a local restaurant (many of which sport water views) before heading back to your vacation home.

Inside, you'll find a large and spacious living area with high, vaulted ceilings, attractive and comfy furniture, lots of natural light, and clean carpeted floors. The wood-burning fireplace will keep everything toasty during those frosty winter evenings and the central AC will ensure a cool home during the summer. When you're not out at the beach or fishing Lake Arrowhead, hang out in the entertainment area to watch a good DVD or Netflix movie on the large TV. Use the small and major appliances in the full kitchen to prepare a few delicious side dishes then fire up the private gas grill to throw a little char on today's fresh catch. There is seating available at the breakfast bar, the dining table has seating for more guests, and you can always take your meals al-fresco on the furnished screened-in porch. The deck is a fantastic place to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. Gather everyone around the firepit to enjoy an evening of stargazing while you toast up some delicious 'Smores with the little ones. Speaking of the kids, they'll love spending time in the game room, where they'll find a Ping-Pong table, a pool table, and even a dartboard to play with.

The private washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean during your stay, and the free WiFi will make it easy to research your next adventure.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
