Our whole family had the most amazing stay. Farmer Tony was super responsive made checking in and out so easy and the eggs and bacon were out of this world. The area was so fun we would absolutely come back!
Farmer Tony was an attentive host, and the property exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for large gatherings as well as private conversations. The views were lovely and helped create the right atmosphere for our family reunion. I would welcome the opportunity to return.
We found the house to be perfectly suitable for a wedding rehearsal dinner for over 60 people! The house was a big hit with our guests! They all took a tour and raved about the house!
Everyone in the group of five couples and four single adults loved the property. Perfect comfort, wonderful atmosphere, all in a stunning setting. Could not have wished for more.
This house was beautiful and extremely comfortable for our group of 11 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs. Farmer Tony has done an amazing job bringing this historic farm house back to its former glory. The views of the mountains and sky were stunning! I highly recommend this house for a weekend near Shenandoah. We hired Shy the caterer to feed us dinner one night and the meal and service were great!
We loved our winter week away at Carriage Stone Farm. The house was perfect for our fairly large crew (three couples and a handful of kids). Farmer Tony provided us with numerous helpful recommendations for activities in the area. He was very helpful, always quick to reach out, and just generally really nice and engaging. We could not have been happier. We’ll be back!
The house at Carriage Stone Farm is a beautiful and well-cared-for property. We greatly enjoyed getting out in the field and walking or running around the pond adjacent to the house. Small decorating touches throughout the house added to the warmth and charm of this beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped and on our arrival was stocked by our host, Farmer Tony, with fresh eggs and bacon. It is impossible to speak about Carriage Stone Farm without speaking of our host, Tony Villa. He was very responsive to questions we had prior to arrival and even after we arrived. We found Carriage Stone Farm to be a spectacular setting for our gathering of 8 adults (ages 30-67) and four children (8 and under).
There were 11 of us from 1 to 70. There was tons of space. Private and common areas. Everyone had a great time! The fresh eggs were a nice touch and very much appreciated.
