Beautiful property. Everything was clean and well maintained, location was perfect. A beautiful 20ish minute drive outside pigeon forge we got the best of both worlds. Gorgeous views in nature mixed with the fun attractions of Dollywood and pigeon forge. We had a blast and would definitely recommend.
Everything was good but did not realize there was not a washer and dryer. There needed to be more towels for 2 people for 5 days.

Not too bad
It was a cute little cabin. The bathtub was pretty gross (maybe from well water?) not sure. We didn’t have A/C the first 24hrs, but they sent someone who fixed it and it was fine after that. I didn’t realize there was another cabin right beside that one either. Other than that it wasn’t too bad.
Cabin was very clean and cute! Me and my husband spent our honeymoon here and loved the hot tub!
Only thing I could see that could improve would be adding a trash can to the bathroom and maybe a new couch, it was peeling but had a cover on it, just kept slipping off, overall we was satisfied!
It would have been 5 stars across the board if the hot tub would have worked properly. That was our only downfall with the property. Other than that, we very much so enjoyed our stay.
The cabin was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the bedroom was amazing and the bed was very comfortable!! Only dislike was the smell of the well water. It smelled like rotten eggs and like someone did number 2. The hot tub did not smell thankfully. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
Very clean and nice cabin. We did have to make a call about the air not coming on but they sent out someone right away and the breaker just needed to be flipped. The only suggestion I would make is grout the bathroom floor a lot of it missing. There is very little internet service but overall we had a great time.

Cabin Issues
After waking up on the third day to bug bites we found bugs in the bed. Not outdoor bugs, cleanliness bugs. My girlfriend and I were looking for a wonderful get away to celebrate her birthday yet it was far from that. The other cabin on the property after the first night had a constant alarm that kept us up two nights since it was right outside our bedroom door. The hot tub was disgusting and needs to be cleaned it made our bathing suits change color and you could feel the dirt and grime in the water. I attempted to reach the cabin rental company and they have yet to respond to me. I want a refund and will not be using any of their cabins ever again and we will be telling our friends the same.
no a/c for most of our stay , on last day was offered another place for a night, when reporting for a second time was hung up on by the operator . after speaking with a rep from Bear Camp cabin rentals they offered a one night return which I feel was weak as I rented it for a week , there is more I could say but will leave it this way , we will not use them anymore, most of the staff was helpful
The view wasn't what i had expected but the location made up for it in every way. Spent the day indollywood; had dinner at dollys rodeo which was an absolute delight! We had so many activities to choose from all in the general area.
Very clean, nice location, I believe the square footage is including the garage which you don’t have access to overall nice place

Not much hospitality
I was a bit disappointed once we arrived. There is ABSOLUTELY zero internet service! I feel like no cell service should be disclosed before booking because I certainly would not have booked if I had known. However, there is wifi but that's not much help when you need to receive or make actual phone calls. Now if secluded and isolated is what you are looking for this is your cabin. I however need to be able to have cell service somewhat because I have kids to check in on. The property itself was clean BUT the hot tub water was slimy, and the water had a funny smell. I myself have well water and that was not the problem with why it stunk. The cabin didn't feel like homey feel like I usually feel when we rent cabins in TN. The couch was old and uncomfortable and no holiday decor or much decor period. There is no washer and dryer which is ok except I was booked for 3 nights with two people, and we were given 3 towels for the entire stay. I would suggest leave more towels or provide a washer and dryer. The communication was fine, and bed was a king bed also pretty comfortable. I would pass on staying here again in the future.
The cabin was very clean and cozy. I do recommend that you add a note about the stairs for the entranceway. It is a long flight of stairs to get into the cabin so if you are not able to maneuver stairs well this might not be the right cabin. They do have kitchen supplies but there were two of us and there was only one bowl for our salads we made do but pthat might be something to address. for
Cute little cabin outside of town away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions, but yet still close enough you can go back and forth if needed. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. Property is just like the photos in the listing.
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend was super cute and clean! We loved all the bear decor, the hot tub and big comfy bed! Great bonus that it is located so close to pigeon forge too:)
