The 2016 completed residence sunshine Individually furnished apartments, located just 200 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in the residence sunshine have patios or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. A bicycle storage is located outside the residence sunshine. For excursions in the area and many recreational activities the residence sunshine is the ideal starting point - and the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. The apartments include a parking space directly in front of the house.
