Great Location, great property!!

Walking distance to everything…would recommend. Kids loved the pool and Mom/Dad loved the location that was walking distance to the beach.

Great location

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and entertainment. The place had lots of good amenities. Beach wagon, chairs, cooler. Would definitely stay again.

Mother/Daughter get away

My mom, my aunt, and my cousin enjoyed a few days on Marco Island. We loved the location of the house--very close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing cards at night on the lanai.

Family Vacation

The location of the house and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. There was one small issue with the thermostat and Rob quickly responded and resolved the issue within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

so close to the beach

This house is so close to the beach access! It has a wonderful outdoor area in the yard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. It is a short walk to stores and restaurants. The house couldn't be in a better area! Also the owner is very quick to respond to any issues or comments.

Excellent property

The location of this property is fantastic. We are a single family and this was perfect for our stay. The property was as advertised… it’s a bit smaller than other properties but perfect for a single family. What is not apparent is how super easy it was to get to the beach. There were also several restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again!

Nice house, amazing location!

The location is the selling point of the house, within minutes you can access the public beach and have an array of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The house is nice and bright and has good sized rooms. It does require a bit of a spruce up and some things require attention but overall, a wonderful home and a great place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Marco!

Spectacular location !!

Of all the houses I've stayed at on Marco Island, this one is by far the best located. It's actually just two minutes from the beach, as the listing says. A very nice house, clean and spacious. I'll try to stay there next time.

The house worked out great for our family. Close to restaurants and the beach. Well equipped. Beautiful outside area with plenty of tables and chairs and a nice pool. Eugene was helpful and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, there was active Construction at the business directly behind the house along with Access to the Beach directly behind the house was closed due to construction causing us to drive to other parking lots and walk long distances to the beach everyday which was not convenient.

Great family beach vacation

We are a family of 5 with three kids ages 15/12/9. The check in and out process was easy and Rob is quick to respond to any questions that you may have. The house is comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of towels and beach supplies. Great location for walking to beach, ice cream, restaurants, golf, movies, and a seven eleven that has most everything you need right around the corner. Hardly used our vehicle. We will definitely be back!!!

Convenient location and great beach supplies

Went with a group of five friends, plenty of space! Very close to beach, maybe a little too close to 7-11 (however can walk to get bags of ice and supplies!) However very safe neighborhood! Great beach supplies with chairs, wagon and cooler. Very nice pool. Easy walking to multiple eating spots! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Marco. The location is perfect within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and dinner and a movie! The pool was fantastic and the property had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
