Best Location of a private home with Lanai & Pool on Marco Island. Walk out your back fence and across the street (0.15 miles) from both public beach access and the Marco walk cluster of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You do not even need a car at this property as there is plenty to explore in walking distance. Fully equipped and well stocked house to live there that goes well beyond typical bare bones rental. There is no better location or value on Marco Island.
Violation of property occupancy could result in immediate eviction with no refund due. Marco Island has very strict noise laws and guest accepts responsibility of all fines and citations to themselves and any issued to the property owner.
