Great place to stay while touring Montpelier and Orange County James Madison Museum. Home was beautiful. Pre check-in communication and check-in was easy. Highly recommend.
The room was spacious and cozy. The place has great character. The updates done by Monica and Pat were done in great taste and without losing the integrity of the house. The floors were gorgeous and all rooms were lovely. The owners are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will tell others. We highly recommend.
This property is well love and cared for. It's well furnished with period pieces and decorations. The room was cozy and clean. Location is good for exploring the region. Several good restaurants nearby. Spoon and Spindle was nice for weekend brunch. Live music at Iron Pipe Alehouse. Only negative was the Inn is on a busy street so road noise and the occasional train can interrupt sleep. The hosts though do provide earplugs so with the earplugs we slept well. We would certainly stay again.
Patrick was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating as I was making reservations on behalf of out of town family. He responded quickly to my questions and my family very much enjoyed their stay!
