About this property

Renovated urban hideaway near Findlay Market & OTR

This centrally located, unique condo is the perfect spot for visiting Cincinnati. It is close to 3 hospitals (Children's, UC Health, Christ Hospital) and the University of Cincinnati.
You will be a 10 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and bars located in Over-the-Rhine and Pendleton. It is the perfect place to relax after exploring downtown Cincinnati (5-minute drive), or a show at the Music Hall or the Arnoff Center.

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
Parking:
There is free street parking on Mulberry and surrounding streets. Be sure to remove all belongings from your vehicle as this is the city.

Luggage:
Please utilize the community back staircase to bring your luggage upstairs.
To do this, unlock the door by the kitchen (lower level) and the door in the back bedroom (upper level).

Communal Space
The backyard space is open for you to enjoy.
The grill is provided for communal use. If you do use it, please clean it after each use.

Coffee Machine
Fill the water tank on the right side with water (filtered water is available from the fridge)
Coffee pods are in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher
Please remove used pods and place in the garbage

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Check Out Process
1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher, drop a detergent packet in and start! (If dishwasher won't start, it is usually because the switch is off by the sink!)
2. Put all used towels in the washer, add detergent and start!
3. Set temperature in the house to 72 degrees.
4. Message host to confirm check out was completed + please be sure to lock all doors!

Excellent Stay

The property was as advertised, we had some initial issues with entry, but the property manager was in constant contact regarding the issue, maintenance was immediately there, and the situation was resolved in a timely manner. The property was close to OTR and other Cincinnati attractions, love the back for your area, price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend it, and we would stay there again ourselves!

Perfect location for us

Very clean with nice furniture, appliances and decor. The spiral staircase is actually pretty easy to navigate even after a long night of nightlife! There was plenty of parking on a quiet street. Attended our son’s wedding reception at Somerhaus. Great experience! 10/10.

Fantastic Stay!

Had a very good overall experience staying in the property. Super clean, very comfy. Outlets are a little scarce just due to the age of the property itself, but it is totally doable.10/10 do recommend.

Great location and beautiful property.

This was a great location for our stay. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The street was quiet at night. The property has been renovated nicely and we had everything we needed. The high ceilings make it feel very roomy. The only drawback was the plastic mattress covers on the beds and bedding trapped heat and made everyone very sweaty while sleeping. I understand the need for the protector but it does make it very hot. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Cincinnati in 2 days

We enjoyed our short stay in cincinnati and the city-life feel of the vrbo we stayed in. The street car was easy to access and walking distance to lot of great restaurants and attractions nearby.

Nice spot with character!

The renovations on this place were amazing! We were in town for the weekend & this was the perfect spot for us. Not very big but we just needed a place to sleep. The beds were so comfortable & quality linens (I'd give six stars for the bedding if I could!) Jaci was always available by phone if needed & very helpful. There is a gorgeous courtyard in the back but the weather was to cold to fully enjoy. This is an old house so not a lot of electrical outlets in bedrooms but we made do. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a weekend in Cincy.

Excellent location for a quick weekend in Cincinnati. Easy uber rides to the riverfront and other places of interest across the region. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the renovation is clean and modern.

Very nice stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was an easy walk to downtown. We came in for the Bengels opener. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near by.

The property was clean and accurately portrayed by the pictures online, the Over the Rhine neighborhood was fun to explore and communication with the owner was excellent and prompt.

Modern Amenities, Historic Charm, Close to Everything!

This place was really clean and quiet with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The renovation was really well done. Updated, but kept the historic charm. It has everything you need; sheets, towels, soap etc.. Backyard area was a nice perk as well. Host was helpful and gave us everything we need to know. We booked this place to be walking distance to the ballpark to catch a few games. While the listing shows it only a few blocks from the stadium, it is actually little over a mile north of the ballpark. Still easy walking distance for us, but don't expect to be right downtown. Neighborhood is a bit edgy, but not dangerous. You are within very close walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants in the OTR district. Just some steep hills to contend with in case that is an issue for you. Somerset Bar is a really cool place right around the corner. It's a great beer drinking town for sure. Overall, I would highly recommended this place for anyone who wants a really nice place at an affordable price close to the action, but doesn't mind being on the edge of town. I would certainly stay here again.

Short and Sweet!

Cute and clean. It is a smidgeon farther than you’d want to walk to get to restaurants, but only due to the uphill climb on the way back. But easy to find and super cute.

Adorable condo, very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, etc.

Checkin/out was so easy. And being able to walk or take a short Lyft ride to everything we wanted to see made it a fabulous experience!

Historic vibe

We loved this place. The historic charm of the home is perfect but it's newly renovated so it's up to date. A few things I would like to note....make sure you know it's 322 Mulberry Unit A. There is an A and B. We hesitantly tried Unit A not wanting to bust in on someone..luckily it was the right one but that part wasn't listed in the listing. Both of the bedrooms Are upstairs, for us it wasn't a problem at all but not everyone can do steps to keep that in mind, the spiral staircase to get upstairs adds to the historic charm and didn't pose any issue to me, my boyfriend wasn't comfortable using it but there is a back set of stairs that can be used so you don't have to use the spiral case if you don't want to. Lastly, neither bedroom gets completely dark at night due to the street lights and the back yard lighting. Again, this was not an issue for us but if you need it completely dark to sleep, bring an eye mask or something. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again if we travel back to Cincinnati.

Excellent stay in a great area!

Me and a group of friends stayed for a bachelor part weekend. It was perfect walking distance to downtown Cincy, especially the Hard Rock Casino. Perfect place to stay for a quick weekend trip. The VRBO was clean and in perfect shape onnce we arrived. 10/10 stay!

Great spot

This place was excellent. Very clean and within walking distance to downtown main st. Safe and quiet area as well. One downfall was that it didn’t have any tv’s and we were there for the bowl games and NFL. Luckily bars are close by so that was not that big a deal. I would recommend to others.

The unit is 2 stories. Large open kitchen/living area with lots of natural light, stainless steel appliances, central heat/air, and wood flooring throughout. Renovated bathroom and 2 high-ceiling bedrooms on the second floor.

What makes this property unique

Entire unit including 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living area with a sectional, laundry (washer/dryer), wifi. Public area of building includes backyard and communal staircase.
