Come and experience an unforgettable home with lovely designer touches, an 85 inch smart tv with speaking feature to see the movies of your choice*.
Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 3 car garage on a golf course with heated play pool and jacuzzi.
If you'd like to have the pool heated there is a fee of $350.00 to start the initial heating and $50.00 per day thereafter for heating the pool.
We time to heat for 12 hours and turn off for 12 hours for your convenience.

Aditionally, BELL BANK PARK is 12 MINS AWAY!!! 6.1 MILES!!! sports and entertainment on 320 acres for kids, adults and entertainment galore!!!

A 3,879 square foot 2 story gem to remember with a baby grand piano, fireplace in living room, a black and white granite gourmet kitchen with stainless steel double ovens.

The kitchen features a keurig Coffee and Maker with Star Bucks Coffee, as well.

A 3 seat island in the kitchen and a formal 6 chair dining room in close proximity.

Another 6 chair and table is in the breakfast room with 2 additional seats at black and white granite breakfast nook.***

Additionally, a 3 seat sofa table with seating for optional dining or snacking will be coming soon, as well!!!

An in-law suite bedroom is on the first floor with an adjoining bathroom.
The bedroom has a beautiful black double door entry, leading into the bedroom with a private exit to the pool, jacuzzi and bar-b-quer and immediate view of the golf course.***

2 bedrooms lead onto the upper patio/deck, showcasing a delightful view of the golf course, heated pool and jacuzzi!

Experience 5 comfortable (1 king) and (4 queen) size beds with "Zero Gravity", designed by "Posturepedic and Sealy Adjustable" beds.
They operate by wireless feature for your convenience, comfort and relaxation while sleeping.***

The "85 inch smart TV" comes with holding down a button and speaking into the control feature to see your favorite movies in the family room.

 Another 55 inch tv is in the master bedroom, a 45 inch tv in the bonus room and another 45 inch tv in the 3rd to the last bedroom, upstairs with entry to deck/ patio ambience.

Our sleeping quarters accommodates 12 comfortably, plus 5 more, as "optional" sleeping on 3 "new" leather couches and a comfy "new" leather sectional in the very large bonus room with tv and board games.
This room can be more room for optional sleeping quarters for the kids; plus 2 very spacious and comfy recliners to fall asleep in, after watching tv***
This home accommodates 17.

Outside we have One 6 seat table with attached firepit of 2 firepits, a 5 seat sectional and extra seating surrounding a second table with independent firepit.

This property features a wonderful view of the small pond, when filled and golf course from the immediate backyard.***

Lots of room!

The house is in a great location for those with kids competing at the Bell Bank Park which is less than 15 minutes away. There is lots of room, plenty of towels and Costco and grocery stores very close by. Safe area and nice neighborhood.

Arizona Golf Trip

The beautiful home is in an excellent location. It was meticulously clean and loaded with amenities. It had everything we needed and more! The owner was extremely kind, helpful and responsive, during the entire process. There is plenty of room to gather as a group and also large enough to offer additional spaces for privacy. If I could give it more than a 5-star rating I would!

Perfect Home for Large Group

This home was the perfect fit for our needs. We had a memorial service to attend and needed a large enough place for extended family to gather together. Ruth’s home had everything we needed. The home has plenty of space and seating for people to mingle without feeling too crowded. The pool was a plus and overall we had all we needed. Stores are close too for easy grocery pickups. The beds are comfortable and Ruth is quick to respond if you need her. She’s wonderful! We enjoyed it so much that we hope to come back again next year and maybe even after that. Thank you again Ruth!

Better than we could have managed.

We were in town for the week leading up to our daughter's wedding. Walking into Augusta Ranch was like walking into a resort home. The pictures really don't do it justice. We have a big blended family and there was room for everyone, plus room to find moments to be alone. The yard is a paradise. Ruth was very accommodating with all of our requests, even a few last minute ones. The home is close to everything. Ten to fifteen minutes in any direction you will find everything you need for the perfect stay. Thank you Ruth for a wonderful week!

Baseball Tournament

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Super convenient to Bell Bank Park where our tournament was held. Ruth was always quick with a response when we had a question. It easily fit our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Amazing place and so close to everything!

So we came in town for a big pickleball tournament at the Bell Bank Park. This house is so close to everything. Fellbank Park is literally right down the road from this house. Maybe a 10 minute drive. You have a Starbucks grocery store. All kinds of food all around you. Very easy to get around and you have everything at your fingertips. The hosts were amazing and took such great care of the property and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this home. It is truly a wonderful place to stay
