Our stay was excellent! The view is amazing and there was always a breeze whistling thru the valley. It is so peaceful and yet only a few minutes from everything in pigeon forge. We will definitely stay here again.
The cabin was just as listed. It was perfect for my family of 6. The only con and it’s very small is the sheets were on the scratchy side but other than that it was perfect with a perfect view!!
It was a great place to stay, there was a few minor stuff that kinda ruined a night. First, we realized the fridge was warm and the freezer size was a cool temp. It eventually was fixed by us. Second, the upstairs porch light was not coming on at all and the hot tub had no chlorine in it. Third, I’m not sure the process of the cleaning of the cabin it self. This was no big deal as the place was not super dirty but we found old socks hidden in the sheets and under the beds. The office was nice when I told them about the situation and was willing to help fix it but we were already gonna check out the next day. No big deal but the views are beautiful and honestly it was worth it. The hot tub was big compared to what we have experienced especially for a big group of people. Definitely give this place a chance and don’t feel afraid to let them know about a few minor stuff. We had a great experience overall.
Beautiful View, Needs Minor Adjustments To Be Perfect
It was absolutely the most beautiful view & the cabin was new & beautiful. We saw Dollywood's fireworks every night from our balcony which was nice entertainment. We also saw a bear walking up the road while going up to our cabin one evening. There were some things that it needed that may have been overlooked since it was new. There is not enough comfortable seating for ten guests which is how many this cabin sleeps. There is a couch & love seat only. There is plenty of room to add a couple more recliners or another couch so everyone could have sat & talked comfortably in the living room. Some of us had to sit at the kitchen table to watch a movie one night. The bathrooms needed better towel holders so they could be stretched out to dry rather than placed on a hook. The downstairs bath needed a longer shower curtain. It was about 3-4 inches too short & water soaked the bathroom floor right outside of the shower. There was also not a place to place shampoo/soap in that shower except on the floor which can be difficult for guests with back issues. The upstairs bathroom mirror was way too short for anyone taller than 5'5. We are all 5'9 & taller and we couldn't see anything above our shoulders when trying to get ready for the day. There was also no iron/ironing board provided. I had my own iron but had a hard time without an ironing board. The beds could have had more comfortable mattresses. For the price of the cabin, the mattresses could have been far better quality. Also the pillows were very subpar. They were small & flat and they should invest in better ones. We didn't sleep as comfortably as we'd hoped to. Lastly, the biggest issue we had was a leak in the bathroom. On night three at around 8:30pm, there was a major downpour & rain had been dripping badly on the vanity & floor for awhile before we knew. Luckily, someone had gone upstairs & noticed it had leaked all over our items stored on the vanity, which included several electric items such as hair tools & shavers. It dripped so badly that the rain filled several big bowls almost to the top and that was after it had already soaked the vanity & our belongings. It was bowing the plank where the water was coming in. I called the emergency number and they said they would send someone the next day but no one showed and no one called. With some minor adjustments to amenities & fixing the leak, this could be a perfect place to stay.
This property is not far from Dollywood or the Le Conte Center, the way up to the cabin is very steep hills curvy and narrows to one lane roads. I did see some vehicles that struggled with the hills. The cabin itself was nice, and clean. The downstairs bedroom is much smaller than expected by the pictures. There’s maybe two feet between the wall and the bed itself. Upstairs rooms are spacious. The view from the balcony’s are gorgeous. Master shower head is clogged and only sprays from the center, very spacious shower. The downstairs shower seems to not drain very quickly and overfills the bottom pan very fast, leave a towel outside it for the overrun if this isn’t fixed by the time of your stay.
Views were excellent, this property is exactly as stated. You get a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle and still have great access to the amenities that are minutes away. Only wished the mattresses had firmer support.
The location was awesome, breath taking views. The only thing that you can do better is clean bathrooms thoroughly especially bottom side of toilets and update cooking pans.

I like the property view is it lovely we love the area is beautiful
The only thing I will like to point out is that there is need a big and deeper pots, extra blankets.
Blankets of that main flor room were stained, hot tub was stained and water was dirty we didn’t enjoy that much
beautiful cabin and view (dollywood fireworks) - can hear dollywood express from balcony - could use extra outdoor trash can for this many guests for 4 day stay - took extra trash to office on way out - not terribly inconvenient but an extra can would rock - was missing stock pot and we aren’t insta pot vets - could use a stock pot - we would stay at this property again without a doubt - very nice rental property
The cabin is beautiful. The views do not disappoint. We loved sitting on the deck just looking out over the Smokys and listening to nature. The drive up to the cabin was awesome, could definitely see that 4x4 is required in the winter. Check in was quick and easy, check out even easier. We were close enough to everything but far enough away at the same time. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!
Beautiful cabin and view, horrible drive up and gps takes you the wrong direction.

Not worth it!
Wasn't clean. Floors were dirty. Hot tub was gross. Hair in the shower drain and on walls. NONE of the soap dispensers had even a drop of soap. There is almost no furniture, including clothes storage. The view was wonderful and the space has potential but it's not there yet. Get the view with a clean, furnished cabin somewhere else.
Beautiful home! Only exceeded by the beautiful views. The drive up the mountain was a bit challenging, but oh, so worth it! We had a fabulous stay!
Just two suggestions: add some hooks in the main floor bedroom as there is no place to hang clothes. The upstairs bathroom needs soap.
Property was beautiful! I would add a few things like a loveseat upstairs and some full length mirrors in each bedroom and some extra hooks to hang your clothes on since you only have one closet. The room upstairs for the kids I would add a TV. I would definitely stay again. It is way up the mountain but I didn’t mind it at all as the roads were blacktopped.
