The attraction of the house is the construction trailer, which is equipped as an experience accommodation. The house is perfect for sports or family vacations (also for 2 families), for seminars and team meetings in a private atmosphere (max. 12 people) or your work stay in Spittal / Drau. Central location not far from the skiing and hiking area Goldeck (5km), city center (2km) and the Millstättersee (12km). Good starting point for winter sports, as well as all holiday and sports activities in summer, such as mountain biking, rafting and hiking.
