Our lovingly furnished chalet has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The chalet has a large garden, a sauna and a garage. It is located right at the valley station of Plan de Corones ski resort No. 1 in Italy and also in summer the ideal starting point for all hikes in the Dolomites. In addition, you have a unique view of the mountains of the Dolomites Olang.

Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung von der aus man im Sommer einen prima Ausgangspunkt hat um diverse Unternehmungen zu starten. Der kleine Garten samt Terrasse lädt abends zum entspannen ein.

Gemütliche Tage in ruhiger Wohnung

Tolle Lage

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage um den Skilift und Wanderwege erreichen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt geht an die Küche da ein Ofen z.B. zum aufbacken von Brötchen fehlt Insgesamt aber eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung; die Tiefgarage ist top; der Garten war ideal für unsere Hunde, durch die Straße allerdings nicht ganz ruhig; Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter, der stets erreichbar war; Lage ist für einen Wanderurlaub ideal gelegen; klare Empfehlung

Wanderurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten uns (mehr Geschirr, eine Schere u.ä.). Schade fanden wir die direkt anliegende Straße, die man hört. Das Rasenstück ist unterbrochen von einem Gitter zur Garage. Unser Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer war auf eine Mauer. Diese Dinge führen für uns zur Abwertung. Die Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind toll, wir hatten wunderbare Ausflüge.

Schöne Skitage in Olang

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die nähe zur Talstation macht es sehr einfach in das Skigebiet zu kommen.

Découverte des dolomites

Un super séjour dans une magnifique région Le logement de Martin est très bien situé pour accéder aux lieux de randonnées les plus connues mais également pour aller dans des restaurant aux alentours. Le plus nous avons pu faire un spa dans l’hôtel christoph juste à côté !

Frühjahr in Südtirol

Für uns ( 2 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde) war die Wohnung ideal. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Für einen Ausflug mit Hunden ist die Lage ideal und der Garten sicher eingezäunt. Für die Selbstversorgung ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, findet in Olang aber alles nötige.

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieter. Absolut reibungsloser Ablauf, was Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe betrifft. Sehr praktisch, die zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgarage. Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento ad agosto 2022: curato, accogliente e il giardino all’esterno splendido per noi ed il nostro cagnolino. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale per andare ovunque: lago di Braies, Tre cime di Lavaredo, Plane de Corones. Lo consiglio a tutti, perché è meraviglioso e ci tornerei sicuramente, grazie anche al proprietario, il signor Martin che è gentilissimo! In zona rapporto qualità/ prezzo…. Il meglio!

Très bon logement

Très bon logement avec un excellent rapport qualité prix en comparaison avec des villages plus touristiques. Son emplacement n est pas 100% idéal mais reste tout à fait convenable pour visiter les grands points touristiques de la région des différents lacs. Le mieux serait de résider vers Dobbiaco dans ce cas, on s évite passablement d embouteillages dans ce sens comparé à Sorafurcia. Cependant, accès plus qu idéal pour le plan de Corones, a pieds à s il vous plaît !!! Accueil très sympathique de la famille Töchterle. Logement propre et fonctionnel, agréable en famille ; il manquait juste quelques petits détails dans l équipement (pate de nettoyage, éponge, produit vaisselle) mais vraiment rien de majeur ou de dérangeant. Nous recommandons complètement cet appartement.

Wunderschön, erholsam und unkompliziert

Die Lage ist Ein super Ausgangspunkt für das Wanderungen. Auch wunderschöne Seen, wie der Dürre See, Toblacher See und ganz besonders der Pragser Wildsee sind sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (kleine Autofahrt). Martin ist super lieb, bestens erreichbar und engagiert. Er steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Chalet war super sauber 👍

Wanderurlaub

Kleine, angenehm saubere Ferienwohnung. Für 4 Personen gut geeignet und super als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und für Klettersteige. Vermieter war sehr angenehm, Übergabe usw. hat gut funktioniert. Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spülmittel, Seife, etc.) sind allerdings selbst mitzubringen. Ein Ofen fürs Brötchen aufbacken fehlt leider, aber im etwa 20min fußläufig entfernten Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker.

Una magnifica vacanza

Siamo stati una settimana allo chalet e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa accogliente e, per chi come noi ha dei cani, il giardino recintato è un grande vantaggio! Speriamo di tornare molto presto perché la zona di Plan de Corones e dintorni offre moltissimo da fare e vedere! :)

Bell'appartamento con giardino privato.

Bell'appartamento, pulito e luminoso. Con un bel giardino privato, tranquillo, e con garage privato coperto. La nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato molto il giardino, dotato di portico con tavolo e sdraio. Molto gentile e disponibile Martin il proprietario. Il residence è a 2 minuti da Valdaora.
