🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 300 metres away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outside, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
