The space
The two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the master has its own sink. A nice loft with a futon offers space to play or work. The downstairs bedroom has a futon and a private bath. The patio has a gate and string lights for nice evening lighting.

We offer a massive collection of over 4000 movies, and hundreds of seasons of TV shows, past and current. These are all made available by use of Plex, and are locally available on a server and can be accessed in many other forms. Local TV channels are accessible as well.

It's a 3-bedroom and 2-bath house, however, there is no "public" bathroom if the downstairs third bedroom is used.

The master bedroom has an Amazon Fire Stick, which also has Plex with the same viewing capabilities.

The Iliff Park 'n' Ride for the public transit is 1 mile or less from door-to-door. This is great commuting real estate. With almost no effort, you can access Downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, and numerous metro areas.
Guest access
The entire house. We have restricted access to the attic (door in the loft) for storage of certain items and for the safety of our guests.
Other things to note
We understand that in long-term stays that guests will have guests of their own. This is fine with us, but the primary guest is ultimately responsible for the behavior of all invited guests.

We will operate a home monitoring system, which will include some entry detection devices, smart switches, the thermostat, and cameras that will view entrances.

Since the location is in close proximity to neighbors, guests must be respectful of neighbors and HOA rules.

Pool rules must be followed if the guest utilizes the pool. They are available upon request.
