The unit was absolutely as described. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked exceeding our VRBO expectations. The cooking utensils were nice and well stocked. The owner was VERY responsive with questions. Another huge bonus was we were allowed to bring our dog. The only draw back to the house was the location. The street frequently had questionable people walking down it all hours of the day. Traveling with my husband I felt comfortable but would not have if traveling alone. Again the unit itself is very nice, beds comfy, host is responsive and the unit does have a nice AC and washer/dryer which is also a bonus.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. We were very happy with the accommodations inside.However, we were surprised by the neighborhood. The listing describes it as an “up-and-coming” area, but we felt it was important to share our experience so future guests can make an informed decision. When we arrived, there were homeless individuals going through the trash and sitting in front on the sidewalk. During our stay, we also saw a group of people walking around trying car door handles on multiple occasions.We notified the host, who was apologetic and suggested we use the back entrance instead of the front. After doing that, we didn’t have any further encounters, but we still felt uncomfortable with the location. The host also offered a 100 credit for the inconvenience, but it was never processed.Overall, the home itself deserves high marks, but I’d recommend researching the neighborhood beforehand to make sure it’s a location you’re comfortable staying in.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has more amenities than most places I've ever stayed. Just those little extra's that make the stay go smoothly, like extra trash bags and little coffees. Many, Many more at this place. Just Perfect. Also, we were there to visit a sick relative at the hospital, it was only 2 miles away. So very convenient for our needs. Loved it.

What an awesome spot! We were in town for a family function and decided to make a road trip out of it and bring along our three pups. It was hard locating a place that would take 3 large dogs, but Sebastian was willing to take the chance on us. Very glad he did! This home felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was amazing (as we like to cook and did so for the whole week), and the fenced yard was fantastic for the pups. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we did meet were very friendly! We also decided to check out the Oakwell Beer Spa that was listed in Sebastian’s binder of recommendations and SO glad we did! It’s an experience exclusive to CO and we had a great time! Sebastian was very accommodating and responsive if we had an issue. Would definitely recommend this spot to those looking for a peaceful getaway with a nice homey feel. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Sebastian!

The neighborhood lays in manageable distance between downtown, the airport and several hospitals. It is quiet at night even though a couple of blocks north you will find "Colfax Ave", one of Denvers most lively and diverse strips.

What makes this property unique

This property has undergone intense remodeling in regards to safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The interior design makes it a place of peace and calm, perfect for relaxing, hanging out with the family and friends and great for cooking dinner to be enjoyed on the backyard patio.
