The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

Jeff was an awesome host to book with, we spent three nights on the property. We had plenty of room to spread out, the house is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the back patio grilling and lounging. P.S We loved the cold AC and great hot water. We are looking forward to another trip staying with Jeff.

The host was really easy to communicate with. And the House was clean. It's easily accessible and close to the hospitals. However, I do not feel the description or pictures were accurate. Just a note for future guests. There are not any spices for cooking, you will also need to pick up coffee and laundry soap. And The pillows are very thin.

The listing is very misleading. Only in the fine print will you find that it’s a shared house. We could hear the other people clear as day in the vents of one of the rooms. The house is ran down and not what is pictured.

Great yard for dogs to play. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Nice laundry room. If you need a long term stay, the bedrooms are crammed with king sized beds, so there is no room to store clothing or necessities. The bedroom that has the tv and adjacent bathroom is located right next to the tenants on the other side, so you can hear them talking late at night, which is a little odd. Overall, it fit our needs.
