The apartment consists of a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, a television, and a functional kitchenette with induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, offering all the necessary comforts for preparing your meals. The pleasant and restful bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe for easy storage. You will also find a modern bathroom with a shower and sink, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a charming 7 m² terrace furnished with a table and garden chairs. It's the perfect spot to savor breakfast in the sun or an al fresco meal after a day at the beach. For your convenience, a private parking space, numbered 459, is available within the residence. Pets are welcome (supplement: €30). Late arrival is possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
