Inside Boulder Shores, you will immediately be greeted by natural light pouring in from the large windows that line the back of the house on the main and upper level. This home features four expansive decks that offer stunning 180 degree views of Greers Ferry Lake. With 10,000 square feet of space, it is the perfect place for your family to gather for an unforgettable experience. On the main level you will find the master bedroom (king bed), living room, half bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. The professional kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. The main floor also has a towering rock fireplace and seating for everyone. On the top level there is a wrap around interior balcony, two decks, and a bedroom (twin bed + trundle bed) + en suite bathroom. Heading downstairs below the main level, you will find the game room, two bedrooms (two queen beds in each room) + en suite bathrooms. There is also another living area, wet bar, and deck. On the very bottom level there is one set of bunk beds with an additional trundle bed and a second master bedroom (king bed). This level also gives you access to stairs that lead you to the shores of the lake.

Boulder Shores is located in the Diamond Bluff lakefront community. It sits on 13 acres of land and features 700 feet of lakefront shoreline. Diamond Bluff is just a quick drive from both Heber Springs and Greers Ferry where you will find restaurants, shops, marinas, walking trails, and more!

Fabulous location for a weekend with friends

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything is as described, the kitchen has plenty of every tool, pot, pan, and platter you could need to make big meals. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Helpful owners who even brought out toddler toys and a high chair for our little one. View is beautiful. Thank you!

Great Winter Retreat

I have a group of 16-20 that gets together every new years to celebrate with a weekend spent in each other's company, and this home was perfect. We had exactly 17 people, the cap, and everyone was able to find a comfortable place to sleep, though not everyone got a bed. We brought some air mattresses just in case, and we did use them so some people could have their own bed. Regardless, the bedrooms are spacious and roomy enough to fit a number of people, so it was perfect for our needs. The layout of the house is also great. Everyone was able to find a place to sit between the open living room and the gorgeous kitchen, and so everyone got to interact and no-body missed out on the fun. The view was also incredible, and even though it's winter, several guests went for walks along the beach and loved it. I recommend this place highly. :)

Great stay

Home had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked and lots of working space. Plenty of beds and baths for our group and the views out back and walk down to the lake were awesome. Everyone loved it

Amazing view of the lake.

Perfect secluded vacation home. Spectacular views. You can walk down to the water from the house, but can’t get in due to low water levels and all the tree debris. House was perfect for all of us! Great kitchen and plenty of areas to sit and relax. Beds were average. Just make sure you bring all your food in because to get back into town is 20+ minutes. Only negative was the thermostat would revert to a timed program at midnight to 75 degrees and there was no instruction on how to hold the programming.
