Welcome to our newly built, spacious holiday home with garden on the south bank of the Möhne Reservoir in 2016. The lake is a stone's throw from the house! From the spacious roof terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view over the lake with a view of the opposite, newly designed promenade from Körbecke.

The house is a complete wooden house, which is reflected in a very pleasant room climate, but also on the exposed wooden beam ceilings. The electricity is generated on the roof and stored in a power store. Consequently
we reach a completely self-sufficient from spring to autumn
Power supply. Also in the construction we have ecology and
Sustainability set. Inside, the larch, which is also used in the house, is processed in combination with rust or precious metal as well as glass and plaster. We value 'real' materials and love the contrast of the coziness of the wood with cold and modern elements ....

In the basement, which can be entered on the ground floor, the large garage awaits you, in which family cars and any bicycles you have brought with you will also find sufficient space. From there it goes through the modern staircase directly into the extremely spacious and open-plan kitchen / dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with a professional induction cooker, coffee machine, food processor, dishwasher and fridge / freezer is waiting for your cooking ideas. For the coffee in between, you enter a balcony directly from the kitchen with a view towards the lake. The cozy dining area can accommodate up to nine people, who can also enjoy the view of the lake through the large glass windows.

On the same level there is also the separate master bedroom with XXL box spring bed 2.2 x 2.2 m and LED TV. Likewise, the children's or youth room with a second sleeping level and hammock, as well as a pull-out sofa bed for two additional sleeping accommodations (then max. 6 people). From both bedrooms you have direct access to the partly covered south terrace and the garden.

Also on the same level is the large bathroom, a small wellness oasis with a large rain shower, whirlpool and LED TV, so that nothing is left to be desired.

The upper floor with its cozy wooden beam ceiling invites you to play, dream and linger. Here you can play a game of kickers or enjoy a TV evening together on the huge leather couch with a cozy fireplace. You should not miss to watch the setting sun from the adjacent large roof terrace in summer directly above the Möhnesee. You won't find a look like this a second time at Möhnesee!

On the roof terrace there is a large, shady dining table with space for up to six people and a lounge for relaxing hours in the sun. On beautiful days you can see numerous boats driving on the lake from here.

A smaller toilet is also available on the upper floor. Through the glass element in the roof, the garden with its young fruit trees, the meadow and the south-facing terrace can be viewed from the rear.

And if you find yourself on the doorstep, there is a boat rental within 5 minutes walking distance, where you can also enjoy a few small dishes or a drink on the newly designed boathouse terrace. And a little further two restaurants, should the kitchen stay cold. The pedestrian bridge to change banks and the beach promenade of Körbecke is a maximum of 15 minutes away on foot and is also worth exploring by bike!
