Please note the outside areas, such as the patio or decks, are subject to weather conditions. They are tidied every turn but wind and rain can soil the areas prior to your arrival. We do our best to keep our outdoor areas clean but please forgive us any derby or dust that may accumulate.

Please no parties as this is a reason to terminate the reservation and please no glitter or confetti. Both are an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access through secure doors to the apartment complex. After reservations are made, prior to your arrival you will receive self check-in instructions which includes door codes. There is secure parking accessible with a remote fob that is waiting for your arrival in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
We have checked out many great places that are a little walk or very short drive. This is what Paper City has to say about this great neighborhood:

Places to shop, eat and play are settling in, and this now-thriving district is quickly becoming a Fort Worth hotspot.

It’s imperative to get properly caffeinated for the day, so start your day off at Summer Moon Coffee. The coffee is perfect. They use organic coffee that is then roaster with a wood fire.

A must-have lunch is Funky Picnic Brewery & Cafe, a brewery and cafe started by friends Samantha Glenn, Collin Zreet, Jenni Henley and John Koch. Funky Picnic brews a total of six beers in-house, but also offers a few Fort Worth brewery mainstays. The menu of artisanal sandwiches sets this brewpub apart from the rest. Try the “Throw Your Hands in the Heir-loom,” with beer bacon jam, heirloom tomatoes and melted smoky cheddar cheese.

Another equally worthy lunch option is Black Cat Pizza. This gourmet pizzeria is the brainchild of chef and owner Jaime Fernandez. What began as a late night pop-up in 2018 has evolved into a full menu with pizza, sandwiches, salads, craft beer (are you sensing a theme?) and wine.

For some afternoon libations, stop by HopFusion Ale Works where creativity is at the heart of everything they do. Founders, Macy Moore and Matt Hill, are passionate and firmly believe that craft brew is an experience, not just a beer. It’s about community and friends. Open 7-days-a-week and offering live music, trivia, karaoke and beer-to-go! Our custom-built and award-winning taproom offers a unique experience for parties or just hanging with friends on the patio.

Another great stop is Locust Cider and Brewing Co. Located in a colorful corner building, the taproom uses apples sourced from the Pacific Northwest and also boasts locations in Washington and Colorado.
The result is easy-to-drink, light and gluten-free beers in a multitude of flavors. Year-round, you can try the Original Dry or Dark Cherry. However, you also have a bevy of seasonal flavors to choose from.

Or try Rahr & Sons for their amazingly inspired beers and unique vibe.

For dinner, Four Sisters – Taste of Vietnam never disappoints. Founder Tuan Pham conceptualized the Vietnamese restaurant to introduce the people of Fort Worth to the recipes he grew up with. The menu features recipes handed down from generations past with unique twists. Begin the meal with one of the craft cocktails named after one of the four sisters. Next, treat yourself to the stir-fried lobster. Coming soon — a specialized regional coffee menu.

If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, Gypsy Scoops can cater to all of your ice cream cravings. Gypsy Scoops got its start as a mobile ice cream truck, but has since opened two locations in Fort Worth, the second of which is on South Main Street. Owner Julie Markley is mixing up the classics, including Dreamsicle and Mexican vanilla. The ice cream parlor also has some old school confection favorites such as Charleston Chews, Pop Rocks and taffy.

If you find yourself wanting a craft brew or a midnight snack, run over to The Bearded Lady. Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant and bar boasts an extensive beer menu and specialty sandwiches and burgers. The burger of the week is an always-satisfying late-night option.

Another hot spot is Nickel City with their dive bar vide and food cart that makes the best sliders for those late night munchies.

If impeccable food and drink don’t draw you into the South Main Street area, the shopping will. Morgan Mercantile is a Fort Worth–centric store owned by Kala and Chance Morgan that sells classic clothing for men, women and babies. Not only can you find the perfectly crafted T-shirt, you can also discover some unique accessories and various home goods.

In the 4eleven building, you can find Winton & Waits. On a mission to create a store that spurred positive change in the world, founder Jenna Lee collects items that have a story and created a partnership with nonprofit organizations on a local and global level. Not only does everything purchased go to a noble cause, but the shop carries clothing, handbags, jewelry, home accessories, bath products, candles and stationery.

Further south down the South Main Street, you can find WED Bridal Boutique. This full-service bridal boutique carries some of the top designers in bridal fashion. Irene DiVincenzo, visionary behind WED, prides herself on helping brides find their dream dress.

Tinie’s Mexican Rotisserie will serve family-style upscale Mexican cuisine, brought to you by restauranteur Sarah Castillo. Castillo also owns Taco Heads. Tinie's is an intimate and hyper-local environment with great cocktails and a rooftop bar.

Tarantula Tiki Lounge on South Main Street is also on the “must experience” list.

Other Things to Note:
To enjoy the nice Texas weather, there is outdoor seating which is a great way to start the morning or end the day. You will be centrally located during your stay as you will be on South Main Street with all of its restaurants, bars, and shops. You will be three minutes from the center of the Medical District and less than 15-minutes from all of the great Fort Worth area attractions like the Stockyards, 7th Street, TCU, and Dickies Arena.

Parking: The complex includes free parking for stays a week or longer. If your stay is less than a week you will be parking in the covered guest area or on the street. You are responsible for registering your guest parking daily as it is on a 24-hour cycle. It is free. For stays a week or longer, you can park in the secure parking area through the gates. Vehicle information needs to be submitted by 3:00 PM of your arrival day in order to get submitted to prevent being towed. Sunday arrivals cannot park in the secured gated area as the apartment complex's office is closed. There is guest parking that is free and covered and there is also ample street parking as well.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Smoking will result in a $250 fee. If an animal is discovered or evidence of a pet is found, there is an additional $250 unauthorized per fee. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee. If deemed excessive, the mess will be documented.

Please note the pool is not heated, which is typical in Texas, so it is dependent on weather conditions.

Cancelations on platforms other than AirBnB will have refunds reduced to cover credit card processing fees.

Great weekender
This property was as advertised. It is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s in a convenient location to downtown and the stockyards. Both short drives. We would stay there again.

Spacious and well maintained and great location
Very happy with our stay. The property managers were very responsive with any questions we had. Instructions to get there were very clear. Apartment was clean and huge. Special mention of two king beds which was a big plus. I had to work on Friday and the big monitor and Bluetooth keyboard were great too have. I will recommend this place

Wonderful!
Just as described! Most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on, to the point we pulled up the sheet to check to brand to get our own! Everything we needed for a 13, 11, and 1 month old.

Our family has been a long-time user of privately owned, short-term rentals. We have seen the good, the blah, and the bad. And we have seen some bad, really bad.

We cater to business and Class-A travelers. We know that white linens and white towels are used in hotels and resorts for a reason. We purchase new. If you have used short-term rentals, you have or will likely stay at the away-home that was furnished by garage sale or thrift store finds. You would not expect that level furnishings at a five-star hotel, so why would you find that acceptable at a short-term rental?

We strive for a consistent, white-glove level of experience for our guests. We run our short-term units as a serious business, not a side hobby. That is why you will find white towels, white bedding, and white duvet covers. And we haven't yet mentioned wonderful beds. Sleep is important and we want your slumber experience to rival your best. We know that a tired traveller is an unhappy traveler. Enjoy out hotel quality sheets and select one of three different types of pillows that best meet your slumber needs.

We strive to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
