This comfy condo makes the perfect beach getaway! Step out your back door onto your own private patio that leads straight to the beach. This family friendly condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, and a DVD player. Enjoy excellent shopping and dining opportunities on the Amelia Island Plantation or in beautiful downtown Fernandina!

You will also have access to the shared outdoor pool.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Comfortably furnished, well appointed walk out unit

Comfortable (soft) beds and sofa. Well appointed walk out front/liwer Beachwalker unit. Only request is to add live tv/cable service. Remote controls were extremely confusing. If there is live tv, need instructions on how to access. If tv isdue is fixed, we will rent this many times in the future.

Family trip to Amelia

The resort is great and service is excellent. The rental unit is aging and could use some updates/improvements but the location is great and proximity to beach and pool is excellent. Wonderful trip!

Perfect location!

Excellent location and perfect villa for our family. First floor means larger patio with direct access out back door to beach walkway. Great views, wonderful meals on the patio while we took in the spectacular ocean. This villa has everything you need. We will be back and would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely time. Condo was clean & comfortable & very nicely decorated. Parking was difficult as it was a holiday weekend however we were prepared & avoided driving the car the entire time. The view was spectacular. The privacy blinds in the bedrooms were amazing! 👏🏻
