It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, very clean, and has all the extras you can imagine. This third-floor property in the Beachwood Villas is a desirable end unit villa providing complete privacy, without 'balcony neighbors', floor traffic outside, shared walls, or elevator noise. You'll love the natural light from all four sides, plus an extra window in each bedroom and the living room with views of lush oak trees and draped Spanish moss.

From your front door and down the elevator, the beach access trail is directly adjacent to the villa. You will be on the beach enjoying the sunshine, memorable ocean views, and a glass of wine in minutes! Use the cart to bring your belongings and beach toys. The villa is at the heart of the Amelia Island Plantation, which is a AAA Four Diamond beach resort located on the south end of Amelia Island and a short drive from the historic district of Fernandina Beach. The 1,350-acre resort is Florida's natural island destination and features on-site shopping, restaurants, family programs, fishing, several parks, miles of pristine beach, a spa, and a nature center - all of which are within walking distance.

The large primary bedroom has a 40-inch smart TV and is adjacent to the en suite bathroom with a separate dressing room area with vanity, sink, and a separate shower. The large bedroom closet can hold all your belongings. The guest bedroom has a 32-inch smart TV. The full bath (with tub) next to the guest bedroom can be entered from the hallway or directly from the bedroom. Extra features for those with mobility limitations include safety railings in each bathroom, a bathroom/bedside commode, a walker (with tray), a rollator, and a shower bench.

The living room, with its bright cheerful decor, is so welcoming it will be hard for you to drag yourself out to the sunny balcony, featuring a partial view of the secluded pool and golf course along the river. There is also a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and Streampix features, Samsung DVD, and JBL Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, giving you that great roomy feeling. The cook can easily visit with everyone in the living room and dining area while preparing meals. Being on the third floor, you are surrounded by large oak trees and Spanish moss canopies, which provide a feeling of complete privacy.

Free WiFi, a long-distance telephone, DVDs, books, and beach toys as well as bed linens and bath towels, including striped beach towels, are provided. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is just off the kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
