Family fun at the shore...on Amelia Island, home of Fernandina Beach, Florida!

Bringing more than 1 vehicle? DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. We have 1 reserved parking space.

Atlantis on Amelia is a non-smoking complex. Unit was renovated in 2015 with all new cabinets with granite countertops, LG Stainless appliances, travertine backsplash, new tiled showers/tub, fresh paint throughout, new wood tile on balcony and new lighting fixtures/decor. Bring your own K-cups - I now have a Kuerig for your use.

The best views of the beach you will find in Amelia Island are right here! WE HAVE A BEACH CART and CHAIRS as well as beach towels and other items here for your use.

PLEASE NOTE - I repeat we only have 1 reserved parking space per unit. Parking is strictly enforced.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is on the 2nd floor of Atlantis on Amelia, a 24 unit complex with a pool and tennis courts. The building is equipped with an elevator and stairs for easy access and also has a private boardwalk down to the beach.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for your convenience as well as a washer and dryer within the unit. The master bedroom with a king size bed, has a balcony that looks over the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Flat Screen TV in living area as well as in each of the bedrooms and WiFi are also available in our unit. Blue Ray player with wifi (for Netflix, etc...) are in living and master bedroom with a DVD player in the guest bedroom. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. The sofa bed is new as of March 2016.

The condo will be stocked with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a single-use box of laundry detergent, several dishwasher tabs, a few kitchen trash bags, and a couple of small bars of soap in each bathroom.

Stayed 5 nights and had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. The owners have a closet full of beach items available for use that was very much appreciated. Nice view of the beach and a short walk to the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week staying at this beautiful condo. The beach is a just a boardwalk away, and provides a beautiful view from the balcony! All the comforts of home are provided, the communication from the owner was lovely, and the onsite management were fantastic! My two teenage sons loved it and can't wait to visit again.

Great oceanfront condo

This property met our needs. It was remarkably clean and very charming. Hands down, the view of the ocean was the best part of staying here. We’ve stayed in few condos on the island however, this was the most comfortable unit. What we appreciated: the assigned parking spot, full home amenities such towels, kitchen/cookware and beach gear chairs/towels. The host, Beth, was very responsive anytime I had question. I highly staying here, and would love to come back again.

Wonderful condo!

We loved the condo! Unfornunately the next door neighbors had workmen there all week doing something noisy. They also had two dogs who liked to bark. We are beach people, though, and it was clear the owners take excellent care of their unit. It was great!!

Great Stay

Quiet beach with everything we needed. We left Orlando to go back home to VA and decided to find a place at the beach. We found this place that had chairs since we didn’t have any with us. We were a little worried about the chairs and if they would have enough. They had like 10 and they were very nice ones. We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The sunrise was beautiful and we even got to see the sea turtles hatch and run to the water. It was amazing to watch!

Condo was neat and attractive. Well-supplied. The thermostat was a challe ge to my husband, but others would probably not have a problem. Balcony and balcony furniture were very nice....I watched dolphins playing each morning..

What a great place to stay!

My husband and I loved this condo! From the modern, clean, attractive, comfortable furnishings and large kitchen to the great balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Our bed was comfortable and listening to the waves crashing made for some great relaxation. We also loved the area, with the wonderful restaurants and downtown shopping. The owner was quick to respond to several issues that arose (none of which were her fault) and all of them were resolved as quickly as possible (unfortunately, the cold pool took several days to resolve). We would definitely love to stay here again! We rented two additional units for our children/grandchildren and it was great to be able to enjoy this family vacation together! The entire complex was quiet and mostly vacant (early November).

Quiet and relaxing

This was our first time to Amelia Island! We really enjoyed some relaxation after several action packed days at the theme parks in Orlando. We arrived late and needed sheets for the sleeper sofa. The host was responsive and shared with me where to find the sheets we needed. The unit is spacious and photos are accurate. The kitchen is spacious and the balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon libations! The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The chairs and towels available were very convenient! I was worried about feeling a little cramped in a 2 bedroom with 3 teenage boys, but we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

My grandparents owned a condo on Amelia while I was growing up so this is where we always went to the beach. I love the fact that Amelia Island has a very relaxed atmosphere, beautiful white sand beaches with lots of sharks teeth, but most of all I love all the excellent restaurants. I hope you'll enjoy the Island as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

Fernandina is within a 30 minute drive to Jacksonville International Airport. Unlike many beaches, Fernandina Beach is not as crowded and has a wonderful historic downtown shopping area with fabulous restaurants. Our property is newly renovated with high end LG stainless appliances, granite countertops, etc...
