Great communication with the owner and the property is very close to the city centre, which is a big plus. The living room was nice, and overall the place has potential. The property is a little bit outdated — it looks more modern in the photos. A more thorough clean (dust and spider webs) would also improve the experience, although this wasn’t a major issue.The main problem we had was the smell of dampness. There was some mould in the bathroom, and with no door and the fan running constantly, it wasn’t very helpful for sleeping. A small investment could probably fix this issue.I would be happy to return, but only if the damp problem was resolved. I’d even be willing to pay more, as the location is really good.
