Easy access to 60, 605 and 5 freeway, ideal for travelers who want a quieter place to stay but still in close proximity to all major attractions in LA & Orange County. (Disneyland/Knotts Berry Farm 18 miles, Seal Beach 20 miles, Downtown LA/Chinatown/Koreatown 15 miles, Hollywood/Universal Studios 23 miles, Beverly Hills 26 miles, Dodger Stadium 17 miles, LAX Airport 25 miles). There are numerous restaurants and groceries stores nearby.

The Space:
There are 2 houses on the lot with a shared common wall. This front house is for Rent with a completely private entrance, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, and a Kitchen. The back house is reserved for very quiet and long-term tenants. They understand and will keep noise to a minimum. Please do the same.
