In a secure 4-story building with elevator and swimming pool, this approximately 29m² 1-bedroom apartment, equipped for 2 people, is located near Port Santa Lucia, shops, the town center, sandy beaches, and facing the coves of Parc Santa Lucia.
On the 3rd floor, facing north/west, this apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to a small balcony with outdoor furniture. TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and a swimming pool are available.
