The Blue Cat Lodge

The Blue Cat Lodge is located directly on Wattsbar Lake. Featuring a private dock, a wraparound deck, and an outstanding view, we know you will enjoy staying here as much as we have. The recently renovated home has two living rooms, one full kitchen upstairs and a half kitchen/bar downstairs, two queen beds, bunk beds, and a full bed. Grill out and enjoy dinner with a lake view or take a short ride to Euchee Grill & Brewhouse. The cornhole boards and firepit are yours to enjoy!

The space
As you enter through the front door you will enter into a hallway, to the left you will see one of our two bathrooms directly to your left and a bedroom with bunkbeds on your right. As you walk down the hall you will see access to downstairs on your left and another bedroom with a full bed to your right. Our kitchen, dining room, and living room is an open area with sliding glass doors leading to the wraparound deck. This dining table seats 6. Downstairs, the living room, dining room (also seats 6) and the half kitchen is also open concept. The door left of the sink downstairs leads to the laundry room. Also downstairs you will find our largest bedroom with a beautiful lake view, two queen beds, two closets, and a private bathroom. The Downstairs walks out to the lake where there is private dock access and a large shaded back yard equipped with a fire pit and corn hole.

Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

Please park in the driveway and there is additional parking left of the house.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
