Enjoy North Sea holidays in our quiet apartment in the heart of Wilhelmshaven. The 55 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and redesigned.

Relax in the modern living / dining area with TV, couch corner and large dining table or enjoy the sun and the barbecue in the garden (west side). The two bedrooms each with 2 beds can accommodate 4 people (children's extra bed available), the bathroom is equipped with shower, the kitchen with all cooking comfort.

From here you are in 5 minutes on the beach or in 2 minutes in the city. Convenient shopping can be found right on the doorstep.

Leuk verblijf als je weinig eisen hebt.

Al het basis benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De bank in de woonkamer kan worden omgebouwd tot een twee persoons bed. Alle ruimtes zijn praktisch ingedeeld. TV heeft teveel zenders en velen zijn niet te zien ivm decodering. Er mag wel wat aandacht geschonken worden voor stof en plakplekken onder het ouderlijk bed. En achter de nachtkastjes. Wanneer wij weer naar Wilhelmshaven gaan boeken we weer bij deze mensen.

Enttäuschend

Ansicht war die Wohnung geschmacklich eingerichtet. Aber von Sauberkeit kann keine Rede sein. Der Fußboden war verdreckt,das Geschirr schmutzig im Schrank. Wir mussten erst alles spülen. Es war zu wenig Geschirr. Aber was gar nicht geht: Das Badezimmer. Es war eckelig. Die Fliesen auf den Boden waren kaputt,die Duschkabine schimmelig,außen verrostet,und total verdreckt.Der Toilettentopf war bestimmt schon 30 Jahre alt. Unseren Urlaub hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt!!

Auf der ganzen Linie enttäuschend

Den Vermieter erlebte ich als wenig kooperativ. Trotz entsprechendem E-Mail wurden falsche Übernachtungsdaten bestätigt. Das Geld für die nicht bezogene Übernachtung (inkl.nicht angefallene Reinigungskosten etc.) wurde nicht zurückbezahlt. Auch entsprechende Empfehlungen von FeWo an den Vermieter brachten diesen nicht zur Einsicht. Schade.

Sauber, aber laut

Die Wohnung war sauber. Bis Mitternacht war es laut, schwer zum einschlafen. Die Erwähnung, dass die Wohnung im 3.Stock liegt wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Tolle Fewo auch für Langzeit Buchung

Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Geschäfte und Innenstadt nur wenige km entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und passend ausgestattet. Ich würde wiederkommen.
