I am offering a centrally located and newly renovated apartment on Weserstrasse in Wilhelmshaven.
The apartment is approximately 50 square meters. In the bedroom there is a cozy bed measuring 1.80 mx 2.00 m. A sofa bed for up to 2 people is available in the living room.
The kitchen is new and equipped with a dishwasher.

A net and an Aldi can be reached in 3-5 minutes on foot. There are pubs, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The pedestrian zone is less than 1.5 km away.
There is no fixed parking space, but parking is usually possible without problems in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
2 minutes walk to the next bus stop.

This apartment appeals to singles, couples, young families and of course mechanics who want to go on vacation in Wilhelmshaven or who appreciate relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere after a working day.

Keine Unterkunft für bis zu 4 Personen

Wenn man in der Beschreibung von Schlafplätzen für bis zu 4 Personen schreibt, sollte das auch der Wahrheit entsprechen. Es gibt ein schönes Doppelbett und ein Sofa in L-Form. Das lässt sich weder ausziehen noch verbreitern, sodass es zum Schlafen für bis zu 2 Personen völlig ungeeignet ist. Es ist gerade mal 90cm breit. Hier wird glattweg gelogen. Die Sauebrkeit hätte besser sein können, im Bad keine Heizung, Klodeckel fehlt. Die Halterungen der Gardinenstangen waren aus der Wand gerissen. Im Wohnzimmer (2. Schlafbereich) fehlten Gardinen komplett, sodass man aus dem gegenüberliegendem Haus direkten Einblick hat. Recht hellhörige Wohnung. Der äußere Schein des Hauses ist zwar nicht gut, stört aber in der Wohnung letztlich nicht. Parkplätze meist direkt vorm Haus frei. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung für den Preis vollkommen okay. Für 4 Personen keinesfalls!!! Hätten wir nicht unsere eigene Matratze im camper gehabt, hätten wir nicht schlafen können!

Sehr ungepflegte Immobilie

Die Wohnung ist ok, etwas lieblos eingerichtet und der Zustand ist so lala. Das Haus selbst ist aber eine Absteige… Zwischendurch waren Leute da die eine Besichtigung der Wohnung machen wollten, würde ich so nicht nochmal buchen.
