Just 2 miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown, makes this condo the perfect place to stay for those attending events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Jeep Jam, Thunder Beach and much more! *Must be 21 to rent*
Summer Joy comfortably sleeps 4 with one master queen suite and 2 twin beds in the guest suite.
Enjoy the amenities that this low rise (no elevators), quaint condo community has to offer, like a beautifully landscaped courtyard, 2 pools, hot tub and shuffle board.
Dine at Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar right next door! Shop at Pier Park just a few minutes down Front Beach Rd. or head the opposite direction and paddleboard or kayak on Lake Powell! The possibilities are endless! You will not regret choosing to stay at this sweet vacation home.
We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.
Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.
Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

I love Summer Joy for it's relaxing vibe, modern decor and updated renovations. The fact that it is directly across the street from the white, sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico doesn't hurt either. They don't call it the Emerald Coast for no reason! Come see why for yourself.
