The house contains all the amenities of a modern home including a sprawling, well equipped kitchen, a harvest dining table that looks out unto a beautiful lush mountainside. Great location- Great house

We really enjoyed our ski weekend at the Lakewood house! It was the perfect location to Bellayre- less than 5 minutes to the mountain. The house was very clean and had a great setup. Will definitely be staying here again.

Really Nice Getaway

My family and I had a really nice 4 day getaway at Pine Hill. The best part in my opinion was the clean lake literally across the main drag, 15 min access to the cute town of Phoenicia and then Woodstock only a 30 min. drive away. The house has ever gadget imaginable, if you are a smoothie person they even have a Ninja and bullet. Was really perfect for us. Yes we had to be careful of cars since the house sits on a main road, but we made do. The house doesn’t look incredible on the outside, but once you’re inside - your needs will be met. Thank you for a great stay!
