Welcome to Montagnieu, a charming village nestled in Bugey, in the Ain department. Looking for a break of peace, nature, and conviviality? Then we have the perfect vacation home for you. Ideally located between gentle mountains, vineyards, and forests, this family home is an invitation to relax and discover a region rich in sporting activities and unspoiled landscapes. The cottage has been completely renovated to accommodate four people. From the entrance, you'll be captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the bedrooms, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains invite relaxation and contemplation. Around the cottage, Montagnieu reveals all its natural and cultural riches. Hiking trails lead directly from the village, winding through woods, vineyards, and ridges. Cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts will find what they're looking for on the trails suitable for all. Feeling a bit of a thrill? Try rock climbing on the surrounding natural walls, popular with local climbers. On sunny days, you can easily cool off at Lac de Crotel or in the small surrounding rivers. During hot weather, there's nothing like La Grotte de la Balme, a spectacular site to be discovered without moderation. Enjoy sunny days on the private terrace, located opposite the cottage. A garden just for you, accessible by a stone staircase, for the mild summer evenings or the scents of spring. Ground floor: 2 steps, equipped kitchen, open to the living room. WC (macerator). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140 x 190 cm; 2 single beds, 90 x 190 cm), shower room with WC. Travel light: beds are made upon arrival, towels, household linen, and utilities included. You are responsible for: €50 cleaning option. Heating: heat pump. Air conditioning. Terrace - garden, (private) opposite the cottage. Easement for a second home. Adjoining your host's mother's. Nature and relaxation cottage in Montagnieu, Ain. A cozy family cottage for 4 people with bed linen and towels provided. Bicycle storage.
