Less than 1 block from the beach, The Claire at 145 St. Francis St., was built in 1925 and has survived Biloxi's two most devastating hurricanes - Camille in 1969 and Katrina in 2005. Imagine the stories the walls could tell!!!
The Claire is close to all that Biloxi has to offer - Beaches, downtown Biloxi, MGM ballpark, local restaurants, museums, theatres, shopping, casinos and Keesler Airforce Base.
The Claire has a beautiful fenced yard with fruit trees you can enjoy during your stay!

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, platters, blender, toaster, snow cone maker, baking pans, etc. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & 2 coolers, washer and dryer, keyless entry, fiber internet, and ample room for everyone to spread out.
We provide the following essentials to get you started: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 Keurig coffee pods, creamer & sweetener, 2 dish washer detergent pods, laundry detergent for 2 loads, dryer balls, hand soap, and an extra garbage bag.

Walk to the beach. Bike to downtown. If you are bringing a car you will have 2 spots in the driveway to park. Additional guests may street park on the Father Ryan side of the home.

*There is an UNOCCUPIED studio apartment above it that is not included in your rental. The apartment will NOT be occupied during your stay; it is used by me for storage only. I will not interrupt your stay accessing the apartment.
It is my goal for your stay to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I will not show up unexpectedly; however, I am local and will address any issues or concerns as quickly as possible.
I manage The Claire myself. It is my goal that you enjoy your stay in every possible way. Upon booking you will have access to my personal cell phone and are encouraged to contact me directly if you have special requests, questions, etc. I will help to the best of my ability. The Claire is offered for thirty-night and more bookings.
