About this property

Built in 1908 by Patrick Kennedy, this six suite property is located right on the Gulf Coast’s shoreline on Beach Blvd (U.S. 90). The Beau Rivage and Hard Rock casinos are just a few minutes walk. This suite includes two queen-sized beds that will accommodate up to four individuals. The suite has an original fireplace (which does not operate). Beautiful French doors open to the terrace. You can lay in bed and view the beach or open the doors and receive the gulf breezes.

Great experience!!

Very nice room!! Very clean and spacious!! Perfect location right across from the beach so we had a fantastic view!! I accidentally left a very important personal item and the manager promptly contacted the cleaning crew and she mailed it to me, priority, with insurance and forwarded me the tracking information with no extra charge which meant SO much to me!! Highly recommend staying there and will definitely utilize them again if i stay in that area!!

Gulf front location... and that is all you get...

The property needs... a real cleaning... the room was not as shown on line.. walls with hooks... fireplace with debris, dirty furniture, shower floor full of rust.. a television that one could not even get daily news!.. no directive as how to use TV, coffee maker, etc.. AC could not be regulated.. the property.. dead bushes, tools all around.. not very inviting! This property needs WORK! and some TLC! The view , yes, outstanding.. all else.. a 1.. the property manager was at a loss as to what to offer for the AC and TV... information was lacking on all accounts.. seems a reminder to leave the key.. was paramount.. this property , dead plants, rusty tools ..this property needs attention. Yes, 10 for view... 1-3 for all else. let the client know there is 'work' in rogress.. to have the property in respectable order... we were in unit 1.. and that is the score for the property. jvl
