Great Location and House but...
Group of 7 fiftyish year olds for a long weekend of skiing. House is directly across the street from the lower parking lot for Sugar Mountain skiing. Put your ski boots on and walk to the bus that will pick you up right there. House was nice but somewhat dated as all of the houses in this area are. Master bedroom has a fireplace and an updated bathroom. Had to log in to our own account to watch live TV. Kitchen was adequate and had what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable couches to relax. King in master, King in jacknjill bathroom set up, double bed under bunk bed on other side of bathroom, queen bed in last bedroom. Towels provided along with starter TP and Paper towels. Amenities and responsiveness is where the star drop comes from...Pinball machine does not have a left flipper. We arrived on Friday and hot tub smelled like frog water. Maintenance came and drained it then re-filled so no use on Friday. No chemicals were put in tub. Was able to use it Saturday night after a full day of skiing. Back to Frog Water on Sunday morning. Ive had a hot tub for 30 years and never in 1 use has it gone to bad water. Called the 800# at 8:14 am and was told to expect a call shortly but had not received at 5:45pm so called back and was told nothing they could do...not the service I expected. Oh, but they did offer us $20 credit in 4-6 weeks. If we had known the tub would have been an issue we would have just opted for a ski in/out instead.

Great place for the money
The location is great for snowboarding at sugar mountain. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain.

Vacasa customer service was amazing. There need to have some electrical maintenance. Very few switches worked. No outdoor lights worked either

Plenty of space
Location was amazing. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Lots of table and chair space! Great living room, with all-reclining furniture. Game room was great, but pinball machine only partially works. That being said, house needs maintenance. Mostly annoying stuff that’s easily fixed or replaced. Such as… bring all your own baking pans, theirs are dirty rusted and completely unusable. Fridge door missing all the shelves. Sink disposal didn’t work. Beds all comfortable, EXCEPT the bunk bed mattress (lower, didn’t use the top), was so uncomfortable we couldn’t use it. Outside. Creek, beautiful and such a soothing sound. Hot tub was so nice and ran perfectly. But, everything was dirty, and this is where lack of maintenance really shows. It’s obvious no one maintains or cleans all of the exterior decks and stairs. Fire pit area, in complete disarray and furniture was awful. None of the parking area or path/steps down to the house are lit; there are lights but none of them work. it’s pretty obvious the owners don’t ever visit or use the property. It could be an exceptional property for families if someone just put some effort into it. Bottom line. If you are looking for a launching pad with plenty of space and a decent kitchen to prepare and eat meals before you head out for the day, this place works. Last note: if you bring your kids… there is no yard and zero outdoor space for kids to play.
