Property is new and unit is very clean and nice. Kitchen had all kinds of things there that you can make anything. Jose was a great host I could ask him about anything I needed and he had a recommendation. He facilitated dive trips for me and gave recommendations for dinner and even a haircut. The property has 24/7 security and is very safe. The gym was adequate for me it had a treadmill. The rooftop is nice for mid day sun and the oool is great to cool off in but not really to swim. Highly recommend!!!!

The building opened in October 2021, so you'll stay in a brand new unit. A beautiful loft with a gorgeous shared roof pool and shared gym. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Very convenient location to access all Playa del Carmen highlights gorgeous beaches, malls, real local restaurants, public transportation, and close to the highway so you can visit Tulum or Cancun. 2 bikes are included on some stays to move around Playa del Carmen. (depends on availability)
