This new apartment has an incredible location. It is at 3 minutes walking from the world famous 5th avenue and the beach.
All furhished and equipped for 4 people with A / C, Security 24/7 and Parking.
We provide tea, coffee, salt and pepper to get you started!
Great option for a safe place in downtown. The beach, supermarkets, cafés, stores, artisans and more, close to this quiet condominium in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
The apartment is very well decorated and appointed. You will find nice artwork on the walls. Adorning the counters there is nice, quality touches like glass vases and figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances.
Our apartment is located on the same floor.
The bedroom has 1 king size bed, a nice chair and a large wardrobe.
The other side of our apartment hosts the modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, juicer, coffee maker, etc. With a table and seating for 4. And a Led HDTV.
Our apartment in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has cleaning, 24-hour security and a spacious ground floor.

Great location, felt safe and rooftop deck was awesome!

Super location, right next to couple grocery stores, blocks from great places to eat. Easy walk to Fifth Ave. Owner super helpful and took care of few things we did ask for. Everyone was friendly, highly recommend it.

Great location, easy access to what we wanted to do.

Apartment is in a great, central location for easy walking access to beaches at any part of Playa del Carmen. 4-5 blocks to the closest one. A block or two more to Mamitas. 3 blocks to 5th Ave. Close to some really excellent and reasonable restaurants: Papa Charlies, El Fogon, Don Sirloin, Nativo. Off street parking if you have a car. (We did.) Apartment was clean and adequately to well furnished to be able to do some cooking if you want (Mega is within one block,), kick back with a good book in comfortable air conditioning, etc. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but certainly OK to get a good night's rest. Building is secured with a friendly attendant 24 hours. Lucca was easily accessible for anything we needed, such as extra towels, second key, etc. We would definitely stay again if we are in Playa del Carmen.

Logement et terrasse agréables mais des lacunes importantes

Les fenêtres ne comportent pas de moustiquaires. Le climatiseur du salon ne fonctionne pas. Les ustensiles, les verres et les chaudrons ne sont pas en quantité suffisante pour deux personnes. Dans l’annonce c’est mentionné lave linge, sèche linge et buanderie, et aucun de ces appareils n’est présent dans l’appartement, mais la propriétaire nous a offert sans supplément de laver notre linge une fois par semaine et de changer la literie et les serviettes une fois par semaine. Le personnel de l’Immeuble est super et répond à nos demandes quand c’est possible.

Did not take our trip

We were not able to take our trip during to a family emergency and it was two days before the boards were shut due to COVID19. I gave this property high stars because the owner was responsive for the most part.
