J’ai à cœur que l’on se sente comme à la maison ! Une deco sympa, salon accueillant, du pratique au quotidien (cuisine pensée pour y vivre et non pour passer), des espaces aérés, des salles de bain avec rangements (car je déteste devoir poser ma trousse de toilette au sol par manque place !).
Bref : j’aime qu’on se sente bien !

Le quartier est top !
Vous êtes au centre de toutes activités ou commerces tout en étant préservé des nuisances sonores des festivités ! Vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking de l’immeuble et tout faire à pieds durant votre séjour !
En effet, l’appartement se trouve derrière la rue principale à 150m, et les chambres donnent sur une cour à l’arrière du bâtiment. Une boulangerie, et une boucherie se trouvent au pied de l’immeuble, un point presse à 150 m. Cafés, restaurants, épiceries et magasins également à 2 pas !

le plein centre ville permet lorsque l’on est plusieurs de pouvoir être indépendant les uns des autres (il n’y a pas de gestion du véhicule à devoir partir tous ensemble car trop loin de tout !)
Appartement refait à neuf :
L’appartement est pensé avec les besoins actuels : climatisation, espaces de rangement…
La deco ! :
Appartement refait à neuf donc déco actualisée ! Enfin s’il on veut car j’adore le rétro donc des petites touches de rétro mélangées à du moderne tout en étant chaleureux : Enfin j’espère !
