The semi-detached house was built in 2011 and is located right next to the Prui chairlift, which was built in 2010 and leads to the Motta Naluns skiing and hiking area.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase. It has a total living area of 40.5 m2, the spacious terrace another approx. 20 m2. Unobstructed views to the south from the living area, bedroom and terrace of the village of Ftan and the Engadine Dolomites.
