LIVING AREA

After a day on the water, kick back in the modern living area, furnished with a plush sofa and two armchairs. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 39” cable TV and DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a wine fridge.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather together at the wooden table set for four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps four guests between the two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 39” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and water closet.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. A second en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Dine alfresco on the sixth-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Or simply relax on two additional sitting chairs and enjoy the sunset.

Soak up the sun at the sparkling on-site pool (5’ deep). Enjoy access to a shared fitness center.

As a guest at the Wharf Resort, you will enjoy convenient access to an abundance of amenities. A plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options abound within an easy 5-minute walk. Catch a movie at the Rave Theater, or watch an outdoor performance at the 10,000-seat amphitheater. Sample a wide array of recreational opportunities, including a zip-line, the largest Ferris wheel in the Southeast, and a water park!

Drive just 15 minutes to spend the day catching waves at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach. Or travel 7 miles to explore Alabama Point East Beach Park. Rent bicycles at Beach Bike Rentals (8.5 miles) and ride along the Hugh Branyon Nature Trail through Gulf State Park (5 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
