The Sea Watch in Ocean City offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The den has had a sliding barn door installed and can now be used as a private sleeping space.
Smoking is not permitted. The den is open with a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great condo with amazing views!

Updated condo with everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Great lighting throughout with plenty of room for our family of 4. Sea Watch is a great place to visit with many amenities. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Loved this place!

Great location and fantastic amenities- my kids loved this place because it had an arcade, movie theater, and indoor pool that they could enjoy since it was too cold to stay on the beach. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved it here. The only downside is that the third bedroom is open without a wall to close it off, which would have been better. Other than that, I'd stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Condo

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay at Sea Watch 1705 - the stunning balcony view of the ocean and bay couldn't have been better. The balcony table and chairs were a great spot for morning coffee at sunrise and late-night family games. With WiFi and smart TVs in every room, along with a smart thermostat, multicolored LED lights, dimmers, multicade arcade game machine, and updated appliances, the amenities far exceeded our expectations. Add in the short walk to the beach, indoor/outdoor pools, My Place cafe on site open from breakfast through late-night ice cream runs, the arcade, cinema, and more, there was no shortage of conveniences and fun. The location on 115th is ideal because within walking distance is Dairy Queen, Food Lion, Playa Bowl, Greene Turtle, Fractured Prune donuts, and so much more. We will be back!

Great place.

The rental was very nice. Very comfortable. The building is in a great location and for an older building it’s been updated and kept up nicely. Parking is easy and the attendants are very friendly and helpful. The unit could have been a little cleaner and when I brought up my concerns to the management, they immediately offered to correct any issues I had. The place had lots of dishes and the kitchen is new. Overall a great place to stay.

2nd time staying in the unit

Great view and location. Plenty of parking spaces. Very easy access to the beach. Loved that they had hand sanitizers in the unit. Overall great experience, but a few suggestions. Hand soaps in both bathrooms and kitchen sink were only enough for one or two uses. Bathroom toilet seats could be replaced and in general the bathrooms could use a deep clean. Not a big deal but the table in the balcony has been wobbly since our the first visit.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the location and the unit was the perfect size for our family of 4. Having laundry on site was key! Loved all the amenities that Sea Watch has to offer. My only small complaint is that the unit could be a tad cleaner… some surfaces and baseboards were a little dusty and there was some stray hair inside some of the drawers. Other than that we were extremely happy and will likely be back again next year!

Overall awesome with a few very minor change suggestions

Pros: location: beachfront, awesome views of ocean and bay, rite aid, tj maxx and grocery right across the street clean and well-kept comfy beds well stocked including linens and cleaners price (not cheap but inline with the area. much better value than Hilton suites this time around) Cons: blinds need updating. slats kept falling down when you try to open them. master bathroom shower curtains need better cleaning. we saw a very small amount of mold on the bottom of the curtain and it smelled like it just needed a better wash overall - but overall this house is suuuuper clean and we'd definitely consider returning.

ABSOLUTE GEM

This was our first time staying here, and we would absolutely stay there again. It was the perfect size for my cousins family which included two toddlers as well as myself. The kitchen was spaceous and well stocked. The condo had a very nice balcony to watch the beach and ocean. It's on the quiet end of the ocean city strip, and it is across the street from a grocery store. It's also near many wonderful restaurants. The amenities inside are fantastic for families. This was worth every penny. Very clean. Thank you.
